papazoid
NFL considering fully centralized replay review http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/03/01/nfl-considering-fully-centralized-replay-review/ I like this, instead of having 15 different crews (1 for each game that week) you could have 2-3 of the very best in one centralized location (depending on time slot). save money with less guys, speed up the process and improve accuracy League considering full-time referees, again http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/02/28/league-considering-full-time-referees-again/
GunnerBill
Full time refs should happen. I have spoken before about the soccer experience over here. It isn't the cure to all mistakes, far from it, but it is a reasonably low cost way of improving standards. As for the centralised review crews.... my only concern with that is does it add more delay (if 3 games suddenly go to review at the same moment, for example)? If they are sure that isn't an issue then I am happy to see then try that too.
mead107
Give them the power to overrule the guys on the field.
