Apparently the kid needs time to gather his thoughts, an unsettling thought for someone the organization has deemed instantly ready to make split-second decisions against sophisticated NFL defenses. I think Dicesare is being blacklisted. We all know JP has been around. He was on ESPN Radio last week. Dicesare hasn't been given access to JP.
