Big Turk Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 Its hard to imagine carrying a crushing burden around like Norwood has all these years...it's almost like he let it define who he is, like he made himself feel unworthy because he let his team and the entire City down... He needs our support, not monetarily but psychologically...this is a dangerous situation, perhaps even more say than Talley...this is a very toxic mindset to have for a few years let alone half your lifetime... Even his teammates are shocked by hearing some of the stuff he says. Scott, you missed the final kick, but so what. 9 players missed tackles on a 3rd and 9 play that would have forced a punt and the Giants would have never taken the lead. Somehow inexplicably, Hostetler held onto the ball when Bruce sacked him in the endzone for a safety despite Smith hitting the ball directly and the ball coming loose on the way down---if the ball would have came out, the Bills pounce on it for a TD and the rout is on. The team did not play up to its talent level that day.
