The Real Buffalo Joe
This may be more of an OTW thread, feel free to move it, but which of the four major sports would you say the coach has the most impact on the outcome of the game?

The Real Buffalo Joe
Joe ...you didn't vote in your own poll...lol. I do like 90 minutes of actual work a day. I just did 20 of them right as I was making it. Lol.

Beef Jerky
I voted basketball just to give them all at least one... It is football though hands down.
Mike in Horseheads
I went hockey because of the line changes and pace of the game. Every sport now has so many specialist coaches I'm not sure how much difference it makes. Of course a replay specialist would help SOME team. Luckily we're not one of them because we have a team chaplin.
Buffalos#1Fan
No way it is basketball, if you ever hear them on the sideline, they are just highly paid cheerleaders. Despite everyone on this board, including me, thinking they could do a better job than Rex, I think we would get destroyed if any of us took over as head coach. machine gun kelly
All of them are important, but the complexity of the game, strategy, knowing when to call what, staying on top of the clock, and basically the chess game week to week tells me it is football. This is not to put down, or minimize management or coaching of the other professional sports.
