Personally, it didn't look the Ravens WR got both feet down for that game-winning TD. It was close...its one of those bang bang plays where was his second foot down when he caught the ball. Then in the Miami -Pittsburgh game. Last play Miami up by 6 they do one of those lateral plays and the WR got the ball and looked like he could score but he stepped out of bounds around the 13.
