Stevie Strikes Again

WIDE LEFT

Why so critical about a guy starting a post. Like there's so much going on here. I for one welcome a new post and hate scrolling through 100 pages of an old one. If you don't like it don't open it! Oh and yes Stevie is and always be a punk ass jerk.

He's a punk ass jerk ? I really wish you would quit posting.

Everytime you post they get worse. If you watch the game called football that the buffalo bills play then you would notice Stevie's the guy who catches passes and gets open. Oh and then there's the whole nice demeanor he displays which is the exact opposite of "punk ass jerkdom".

Your better than this. Same thing to the Rhodes scholar who started this gem.

Lost in the shuffle of Jets game was yet another selfish, unforgivable blunder by good old Stevie Johnson. Failing yet again to learn from the recent and the not so recent past, produced this Stevie gem; at a very critical point in the 4th quarter of Jets game, a Jets penalty which would have given the Bills a big first down was wiped out by a Stevie special, a taunting penalty which negated the Jets penalty and put the Bills in a terrible position. A later Jets penalty kept this drive alive, and took the spotlight off yet another Stevie special, but it does not change the fact that our high paid veteran big mouth continues his loser ways.

Stevie Johnson represents much of the problem with this team; he is a joke. And the jokes on us.

Take that mask off...I wanna see if there's a Jets fan under there.

He's a "joke" with three straight 1,000 yard seasons to his credit. Reed didn't accomplish that; nor did Dubenion, Chandler, Butler, Moulds, Evans.

You know who is a joke? TJ Graham. Graham continues to get playing time in spite of the fact that his play is abhorrent. You know what else is a joke?

This thread.

It's different game from when the old guys played. Pass defense in the last ten years is a joke compared to what those receivers dealt with. TJ is a joke as was Roscoe as will be Marquis. Players like that need someone like Brady or Marino throwing to them and we don't have that.

The Rhodes scholar will point out that Stevie is judged via the criteria of being ( and signing a contract as) a number one receiver. And it's very true he does get open; but that's half the battle. You also have to catch it, and make catches at critical times. That's the standard for a # 1 receiver. But what we see are dropped passes at critical times and stupid penalties at bad times. Over and over again. Hey genius, wasn't this guy benched last year after yet another stupid penalty. But with his history of big drops and stupid penalties, we are 3 games into the 2013 and he has already produced a huge dropped pass and yet another stupid penalty. It's too bad that you are offended when someone points out repetitive and dumb mistakes that never seem to end. So put aside your hero worship and accept the fact that at this level and for this type of money this particular player should be held accountable for his inability to avoid the big drop and/or the stupid penalty.

Lol, he also got so far under Kyle Wilson's skin that he took 4 straight penalties, and was taken out of the game to cool down, and then the Bills scored to tie it and he caught the two point conversion to do so...

Ok, he committed a penalty that offset the original Jet penalty, but in doing so got three or four more penalties against Kyle Wilson, then took advantage of his replacement to make an easy catch for good yardage...

seems like a pretty good tradeoff to me
