Until WE enforce term limits (like ONE term) on our representatives, nothing will ever change. I haven't voted for an incumbent in years. COMPLETE bull **** statement. The NFL is a non-profit, the teams arent. The teams aggregate $9 billion a year, and pay taxes on it. The NFL doesn't make $9 billion, then take in somewhere around $180M in revenue (excluding the licensing deals - which are distributed to the franchises and taxed at that level). You can't have it both ways - if you want to argue that the league takes in $9B, then you can't argue it's not taxed. On a combined basis, NFL teams run roughly $1.3bn in operating income, then subtract big interest costs and your taxable income is much lower.
