Cuts starting to trickle in

A bit surprised that Prince Miller was cut already, I thought he looked good enough to last until the final round of cuts.

Biggest surprise is that David Snow is still with the team.

The Bills (and other teams) sometimes cut people they want to transition to the practice squad in the first round of cuts. These cuts tend to be looked at less closely than the last round. Teams are looking for a 54th player that was cut that are good enough for their 53. It's tougher to look for developmental guys that probably won't make the roster. The Bills sacked Jason Peters in their first round of cuts during his rookie season and later signed him to the practice squad (and eventual full-time starter).

I agree as well......You cut players now they are ignored by most for PS considerations. A player you think is PS material could more likely pass through now than next week. Part of that is because those cut after week 4 also likely played quite a bit during preseason week 4 so teams have more game tape on some of these players to view and analyze. If they are some of the last cuts the teams will look more closely at the players cut.
