bobobonators Posted October 30, 2011 Share Posted October 30, 2011 for as bad as the Skins o-line may be, our D played the best game of the year so far. our two best defensive performances this year (KC and Skins) both came off a bye week (KC obviously first game of season) so maybe if you give Edwards extra time to prepare, he can develop a solid blitz scheme. unfortunately, we don't have anymore bye weeks this season.lol. that being said, many of our defensive players are young (Dareus, Carrington, Moats, Shep) and they're only going to get better...god i hope we can pressure Sanchez next week and rock his ass. I should man up and admit that I was premature in being a doubter about this group. I know Washington does not have a good o-line, but that was still impressive. In fact, maybe somebody should start a thread for people to admit that they underestimated this defense based on the play of the past few weeks.
