If the SOS is tied (Denver pulls out a win) Cinci has the next two tie breaker and picks after the Bills. If the Chargers win it puts Cinci at 149 107. According to ESPN.com, Denver's opponents have a .516 winning percentage in 2010, while the Bills' opponents have a .578 percentage and Cincinnati's opponents a .582 percentage. WTH No if they make the playoffs they pick #21 after they lose to the Saints. All non playoff teams pick before all playoff teams. Making the playoffs would be an unmmitigated disaster for this team...because everyone knows you can't win without the highest possible pick, at any cost.
