Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted September 19, 2010 Share Posted September 19, 2010 (edited) A friend of mine who's a Steelers fan but doesn't live in their area, sent his father a "HAVA box" The father connects an output from his cable box to the HAVA, then outputs that to his router. My buddy can then watch it on the computer where he lives as long as his dad tunes to that channel on the cable box which he would as he's a Steelers fan anyway. And if he doesn't he can remotely change the channel on his dads cable box just to mess with him. For those who still have friends or relatives in the western NY area, that's a cheap alternative, seems to work.
