Paladino's idea for welfare reform

Well, it's a bit draconian, but the idea of getting many welfare recipients to work in the public works, military and park services doesn't seem like a bad idea at all. I'd support that and I don't see why anyone else wouldn't either, unless of course you are a freeloader.

If it works in New York they should do it for every single person in Canada.
