Actually, none of your picks should be in the top 3. Billy Joe Hobert has to be the all-time worst, if nothing else for admitting that he hadn't prepared for the game. What a douche! I'd put Vince Ferragamo next. The Bills went 1 - 8 under him (not all his fault), but look at the stats. 51.9% completions, 5.8 YPA, which makes high school JV guys look good, a QB ranking of 50.8 with the Bills, 5 TDs and 17 INTs. Bruce Mathison has to be right up there, as not only did the Bills go 1 - 6 with him at the helm (not all his fault at all), but in Buffalo he completed 49.6% of his passes, averaged a Trentian 163 Yards Per Game and ended up with 4 TDs and 14 INTs.
