McNabb's agent, Fletcher Smith, told him, "he has no reason to believe a trade is imminent, and says there have been no conversations with the Eagles about which teams the quarterback would or would not prefer to be traded to." So, according to his agent, McNabb has made no such demands about refusing to play anywhere, which if true, clearly means both Oak and the Bills are still in play.
