This coming up Draft Doug Worthington OSU/St.Francis Namaan Rosevelt UB/ St.Joes Mike Williams Syracuse/Amherst Rob Gronkowski Arizon/ Williamsville James Starks UB/ Niagra all have a really good chace at getting drafted in this years draft. This is a pretty big accomplishment for any area especially WNY. Kudos to them all

Wouldn't mind taking a flier on Starks late in the draft especially if we ship Lynch's sorry ass to the Chargers for Cromartie and their 4th rounder.

NO way chargers take a thug like lynch... Roosevelt will be a 6th rounder or FA.. Im real high on Starks....

Ok so we had better not draft a CB but if we trade a pro bowl RB on a CB its ok. We got 2 3rd rounders for McGahee and I believe at least one 3 for Henry.

oh the wisdom of the forums :D

We wouldn't be using a DRAFTPICK on a CB. Also, contrary to popular belief, we do not have a CB on the roster with true #1 CB coverage skills. You could say McKelvin has "undeveloped" #1 skills, but he hasn't proven it yet. Grab a RB late, fix the lines and find a QB, THEN finish it off with a true "pro bowl RB".

This has nothing to do with football but so long as you're reviewing local kids, count me among the surprised while watching the Olympics and seeing a guy from Hamburg competing in the freestyle skiing.

That thug was off to the best start of any Bills rb in our history. The Chargers would take Lynch in a second for a 3rd or less because his off the field issues are the only reason his value won't be higher. He is a good palyer and would make the Chargers a completely balanced team that would be favorites for the Super Bowl. Only Norv Turner could stop them.

I would love to get Cromartie and a 4th for Lynch!

And this would go down as one of the worst trades. Cromartie is completely overrated; afraid to tackle; has 7 kids in 5 states; and other lawsuits pending. Additionally, he plays a position we are absolutely loaded at. This trade makes no sense at all.

And for the guys in the original post, Worthington could be a decent 3-4 DE. Also, a friend of mine works at SU and says the Bills had a lot of scouts watching Mike Williams. He has insane talent but has some issues. Comign home to Buffalo could be the best or worst thing for him. But if he's there in the 5th, you will be hard pressed to fidn a player would could potentially be a star more than Williams.

Tod McShay was on the radio talking about Mike Williams out of Syracuse. He felt that talent wise he was the second best receiver in the draft next to Dez Bryant. He also said that based on his talent he was worthy of a first round value. He then went on to say that because of his "baggage" he wouldn't risk a 1-3 round pick on him. What a shame and what a waste. Good teams with solid rosters can afford to gamble on high risk players at an earlier point in the draft. Teams trying to rebuild are not in the same position to risk early draft picks on talented players who lack maturity.
