And completely changed the offense in the TEN DAYS before the season opener, when Jauron was already desperately trying to do whatever he could to hang onto his job? Jasno lost me with that one. The Bills played the entire 2009 season shorthanded because someone made a knee jerk decision to fire Turk the week before the season. It would have been a great move to hire Gailey at that point as an advisior and consultant to AVP, since he was throw to the wolves with a week's notice. If he was such good buds with Nix, it should have been a no brainer to bring him in. However, with Ralph, its all about not wasting money on coaches.
