That's 7 new starters (okay, let's say 6 as they may only need 2 LBs). So ... what's that? 4 more "rebuilding" years to get those 6 starters? Now, what he really meant was "the bills didn't prepare for anything during their two weeks of practice... literally, nothing!" The Titans scored a TD off that play last week.
