Well, the time has come where the wife wants a throwback Edwards jersey and I am not going to pay the crazy amount at Bills Store. Numbers have to be stitched.....has anyone picked up this type and size anywhere. No luck on ebay..... thanks in advance

I actually started the whole Lincoln Station thing. My friend from college owns it and when the Browns left cleveland (which is where is is from), I told him I could get 50 people in there for the Bills home opener. We had close to 100 hundred people and it has only grown since then. I have since moved back to Buffalo but it still rocks for every Bills game. I am still waiting for my dividends for getting that place off the ground They have great food, pool and some pretty good lookin' staff members

Actually, when I was writing this, I was more so hoping it was a mild concussion and after hearing updates today, I would be shocked if he was not playing against the Chargers. The 3 things that bode well is that he was joking around with family after the game, made the team plane and was feeling better today (per Dick Jauron today). I would say that suggests a mild concussion.

Honestly, the only thing that matters right now is that Edwards' concussion was a mild one and is back against the Chargers. It was a crap game by offense, defense and coaching. Study the film for a while, correct the major flaws, get it out of your system and move on. This team is not as bad as what yesterday showed and they could be a lot worse than 4-1 if some other things had not gone their way in previous weeks. Hopefully, that will be the worst game of the year and this team will just focus on winning the division. I told myself yesterday that I don't care if they lose the game 72-0 as long as Edwards is not out long term. So far, it seems like most good teams have flaws in the AFC and at some point, those teams will be exposed...Buffalo, Denver, Colts, Chargers, Pats etc. The Titans will have their day as well so let's get on with movin' on and rebound big time in two weeks. The most important part of the schedule is coming up and the loss came at a perfect time....

I don't which play made me more upset today (aka physically sick to my stomach) Trent getting knocked out of the game (they won't win a game until he is back) OR when Losman botched the handuff right off the bat (knowing that the old Bills were back....God, I cannot stand this guy)

OK, seriously, I am not totally shocked that MAYBE ONE PERSON took this thread seriously. I'm telling you.....there is something about this team!!!

The crowd has been a HUGE factor this year and THAT is my favorite part of the day. I can't remember the last time (well Dallas) that the crowd has been so fired up. There is nothing better than being a part of that and even ONE game less in that atmosphere is one too many.

It really is too bad that out of all seasons, they had to take away a home game this year. These Sundays have been such a blast and to think that I will be on the couch instead of hosting a tailgate is hard to swallow. I hope the Toronto folks won't be sitting on their hands all day. On a side note, Whitner is just an awesome leader on this team!! He better stay a Bill till the end...

Every single AFC team has a weakness right now - every single game is winnable

The fact that the Bills still won that game IN Jacksonville after playing their B game speaks volumes. There was some shaky tackling and our dominant special teams were not even a factor. I don't think many teams would be able to beat the Jags in their home when not playing their best. I have already altered my way of thinking when this team is down in the 4th. It is similar to that feeling (2 years ago) when the Sabres would be down 2 goals and you still had faith. The confidence that is building in that Locker Room is essential and they are only going to get better. Confidence in the fans just makes it that much more fun for the ride!

That, I think, will be the key to the season. Their confidence seems to be at a 10 year high and they have to translate that into closing out games against teams they are beating in the 4th quarter.

Their 2 best receivers, starting right tackle AND one of their best D Tackles all missing Game 1. If there was ever a time to pounce on an opening game, this is it. Not until today did I actually feel that it would be a HUGE upset if the Bills lost this game. I don't think the Bills will ever be behind from start to finish and the crowd is going to be a factor until the final second has ticked. 27-13

Peters can rot in Hell on some other team for all I care. Anyone who messes with their teamates like this is a joke. As the tailgate duties have been passed to the next generation, I wanted to make sure that we hit the Opener running. My Dad and his buddies have been responsible since the Rock Pile days and now the torch has been passed. Food - Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches....I got those baskets that you fill up with charcoal so the chicken will be grilled with non direct heat. The chicken will be marinating in Sweet Baby Rays and Onion the night before (crock pot). Some sides will be pounds of shrimp, wheat thins with Nances spicy mustard and logs of pepperoni. The obvious chips and Bison Dip. Wives are bringing vegetable platters and homemade crab dip. Beverage - plenty of beer and a gas powered blender for the ladies who want the slush drinks. Big vat of bloody mary Amenities - Bills flags, American Flag, bottle opener with Monday Night Theme, 2 Bills helmets, T Shirts - these things are incredible. They are white champion ringers (white shirt with crimson red ringer). On front chest pocket is standing Buffalo helmet. Above helmet "The Tradition Continues" beneath helmet "Pole #1". On the back is "Tailgating at the Ralph Continues" big charging Buffalo logo below that. Below that are the names of 4 guys taking over tailgate and below that are the last names of founding fathers (tailgaters). In between the two sets of names is the old white helmet with charging Buffalo. These things are MAGNIFICENT!!!!!
