You forgot Kevin Kolb ,who was drafted by the Eagles in the second rd. Romo not drated Kyle Orton 4th rd. Jake Delhomme not drafted Jeff Garcia not drafted Kurt Warner not drafted. Marc Bulger 6 rd draft choice. Matt Hasselback 6 rd. Tom Brady 6 rd. Derek Anderson 6 rd. Sage Rosnfels 4th rd. Matt Schaub 3rd rd. David Garrard 4th rd. Matt Cassel 7th rd. Some very good QBs drafted or not drafted after 3rd rd. Plus Brady Quinn will be starting this year for somebody. Teams are ready to offer Cleveland a first for him. Matt Millan was the only G.M. who thought Stanton was worth a second round draft choice.

Amazing?, How about Cassel? Hasn't started since High school. Or Romo ,Warner and Garcia who weren't drafted, now that is amazing. QB drafted in the third round would be considered a good QB who would have a chance to start in the NFL.

Losman only got to play one full year and he started off slow that year, but looked good at the end of year. Than the following year we started off with two losts in a row and than gets hurt and looses his job to Edwards and after that every time he got a chance to start and we loose two games in a row he was benched. He did suck last year and I do understand why he is not here anymore. But so did Holcomb when he was here ,he get benched after two bad games in a row. Look at Edwards last year .Started off good than stank it up the rest of the year, didn't have to worry about loosing his job. And the teams we beat when he started all had lousy records. He should look good againts them.

We haven't had a good offensive line in the last 10 years, same with receivers. And I would say that the play calling has been pretty bad too. He showed flashes againts some pretty bad teams. He is also one of the first QBs at Buffalo in the last ten years that could have 5 bad games in a row and not worry about loosing his job. Seems like most QBs in Buffalo have 2 bad games in a row and get benched.

I like big Ben. Not afraid to take chances.

I just quest that Garcia didn't like Owens, because of that. So there for he wouldn't want to play in Buffalo.

Before Tom Brady got Moss and Walker he didn't have great recievers .

I'm sorry I wrote that. I hear people say that alot about Edwards win and lost record. They said that alot when there was rumers about Cutler, saying they didn't want Cutler because he had a losting record. I would take Cutler anyday over Edwards. The reason Denver didn't have a winning record was because they had one of the worst defense in football. But if you read those forums about Culter alot people use win ,lost record as why edwards is better. Thats why I wrote about the records of the teams we beat. I think we should've beaten those teams with the win and lost record those teams had.

If Trent Edwards was a first rd draft choice would you consider him to be a bust? I know people say that he has a winning record. Did you ever check the win and lost record of the teams that he won againts. He has a 12 and 11 record as a starter , but the teams that he won againts the last two years have a win and lost record of 57 wins and 135 lost. I'm glad he won those games, but he should've won those games. The way he played after that great start, scares me. I would feel better about our QB position if Leftwich would sign with us. Its a shame that Garcia hates Owens because he would've been the best QB for this team.

If your QB doesn't have confidence in his arm, he shouldn't be starting.

Trent Edwards is our QB. Edwards doesn't throw TDs. Watch how many TDs Owens has this year.

How about we trade Peters to Bengals for there first and third and than also do the trade with Detroit .Use the draft choice from Bengals for OT Monroe and then used the other picks to fix other spots plus we still will have a third round draft choice and get a good young cheaper left tackle who would be happy to be here.I really don't want to trade Peters but if he wants to hold out every year,he isn't helping the team. And they say that Monroe is a good pass blocker.

The coach is the only one that wants to trade hime. The owner and if you watch the nfl network , the fans want him there. Even if you liston to the reporters on nfl network, they think Denver would be nuts to trade him and also say that they have to trade him know because Cutler wouldn't play for that coach.They blame the coach. They think he is one of the top ten QBs in the nfl.

How long do we give him to develope? He really looked bad second half of the year.Look like he had no confendence in himself. Whats going to happen the first time Owens gets in his face? That will happen as soon as Edwards starts checking down and we are kicking FG instead of TDs.

I'm sorry, I forgot how everybody hated that guy. I think thats the first time I heard anybody say that he showed improvement. We still have the same win and lost record the last two years as we did in 2006 except its not the QB fault anymore. I can't believe that people would rather have Edwards than Cutler.And I think if Peters comes to camp we will see the best left tacle in football.

He has 23 games started. 7 tds his rookie year in 9 starts and 11 tds in 14 starts his second year. 4 fumbles his rookie year and 9 fumbles his second year. He was sacked 12 times his rookie year and 23 sacks his second year. I think no improvement in two years.

I remember people say that 25 games started ,you should be able to tell how good your qb should be .Long enough they said. Well how many games did Edwards start? Plus he is injury prone. And you look he has gotten worse as the season went on both years as a starter. After our 5 and 1 start, he was the worse QB in football. Losman was blamed for every bad game that we had, but when Edwards looses its because of coaches and offensive line,everything but him. the guy showed promise his rookie year but he didn't show me any improvement his second year as a starter and that worries me. And you can't look at a win and lost record and judge a QB. Because your Qb could have a winning drive and the other team could score on your defense with a minute to go on a last second FG and that would count as a lost to the starting QB or the backup QB could come in and score the winning TD and it would count as a win for guy who started. I think we would be a better team with Cutler than Edwards. If Edwards starts this year I hope he shows more improvement than he did his second year as a starter. He has the recievers and if they keep Peters a good left tackle to protect him.

How about we trade Our QB and left tackle to Denver for there starting QB and starting left tackle . That way we could fix other problems on our team instead of using draft choice on left tackle. We get a good young left tackle plus decent QB, And they get Peters and to some people good young QB.

I say trade Peters and Edwards to Denver for Culter and there left tackle Ryan Clady, who was a rookie last year.Clady is a good young left tackle.

Edwards last eight games as a starter in his first full year as a starter. 2 wins 6 lost, 5 tds and 8 int. First 6 games 5 wins 1 lost, 5 tds and 2 int. It looks like when the weather gets colder Edwards get worse. He did the same thing when he was a rookie. I know that everybody hates Losman but his only year as a starter, his last nine games 5 wins and 4 losts, 13 tds and 8 int. both years we were 7 and 9. Losman first seven games 2 wins and 5 lost, 6 tds 6 int. If Edwards plays bad his first two games this year, should we bench him? He will have 25 starts to his credit, Everybody wanted Losman bench after 26 starts saying he had enough time. This is why I think we would be better with Cutler because a strong arm would be better in cold weather than a noodle arm.

How many tds did he throw? you can't win when your kicking fgs and they are scoring tds.Big Ben got sack alot last year and they went to the superbowl.Kurt Warner fumbles alot .Maybe they should check down more .
