Magox: Sorry to hear about the Miami condos. I live up here in the north but have gone through some of your same issues. Had a friend in WPB that speculated on a condo before it was built. If he had done it in 2005-6 he'd have made out. He did it in 2009. Not good. Anyway, you seem like a pretty good guy and you need to hang in there. It'll get better.
