You build through the draft. Daniel Snyder tried to build through FA and always traded away their picks and it didn't work. Then you have a team like San Diego who has a lot of homegrown talent and they built a talented winner. I think you must build through the draft and add some key FAs to fill holes and add veteran experience.

Frankly, I'm surprised that June left without a deal. He's a perfect Cover 2 OLB. It almost makes too much sense. And at 29 he isn't quite over the hill yet. He fills a friggin big need. I don't get it.
