I’m going to a relative’s house out of town over Easter and her husband is a big bourbon guy. He has a collection. i like what I like and it’s pretty simple - Makers, or Bulleit in an old fashioned usually. I want to bring something nice but hopefully under $50. Any ideas?
Additionally, if he has any Pappy Van Winkle in his collection, try to get a taste. We will then need a full report.

I like Angel's Envy and Basil Hayden. I've heard good things about BH Dark Rye but have yet to try it.
Find out what he drinks on a daily basis or his go to bourbon, that will get you closer to the right spot.

I just called the 202-656-4211 on the poster and I'm pretty sure it's Odenkirk saying the line is no longer in service....
Pretty cool.

Awesome. Thanks for posting and Welcome to the board!

Logic you make a good case and I hope you're right. It explains his down year. I'm sure the coaches understand this. A better version/use of Moss can only be a plus for 2022.

With the 26th selection of the 3rd round, the Tennessee Titans select QB, Desmond Ridder.
Jon Robinson, Titans GM has stated they will look to upgrade the QB room. They would be ecstatic to find Ridder in the bottom of the 3rd round. He is smart, athletic, and has an above average arm. He will be best suited in a run first/RPO system. So not only is he a fit but will give notice to Tannehill that the playoff performance was unacceptable. He could be the starting QB by mid-season if Tannehill gets off to a slow start. If not, he will improve their back up situation in 2022. If Ridder was not on the board, WR3 or a bigger RB would have been the selection.
The Bucs @Sherlock Holmes is on the clock.

Of those choices I'm taking Cross.
IRL I could see him being the pick over Metchie. S will be a need very soon. If it wasn't a landslide for the WR I would have voted for Cross as well.

Agreed. With my vacation starting on Saturday, I think there will be a week break, and I will start 2.0 with trades on 4/17 for 2 rounds. If that gets done within a week, I'll try a one round 3.0
Going anywhere fun/interesting?

Pats always lose to the Fish.
Agreed! Just need the jets to find a few extra wins this season, Just not against us. Really need to see the Pats* in last place.
-
The JETS should be all over this. Saw a piece on NFL network and it seems to make sense to me. I would say GB as well they need WRs and have multiple 1st round picks.
-
Anyone else think Fish>Pats on paper right now? Both feel 9-8, 8-9, 7-10 range. Would be great to see Pats finish last in the division. Not sure the Jet get to 8 wins.

Animal House: Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son
I often use Senator Blutarsky as an alternative screen name. It's hilarious that Mr 0.0 becomes a US Senator!
Fast Times at Ridgemont High: "Large cheese, sausage pizza; right here dude (while sitting in Mr. Hand's class)" and "My dad is a TV repairman. He has an awesome set of tools, I can fix this"

Airplane! So many too list. "Do you like gladiator movies" is one of my favorites as is; A hat, a broach or a pterodactyl,
Animal House "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor"

Hard Rock Live in Hollywood FL (the Guitar shaped resort) has a new 7000 seat venue. I just checked their schedule. Paul McCartney is playing May 25th. That looked interesting, until I saw the 4 digit prices. C'mon!
The Who are playing in there in 3 weeks and only $160 each. That's a maybe as I've never seen them.

If this is a team where we are expected to be 7-10, then 5th and 6th rounders from the previous year are expected to contribute. We are super bowl contenders, he'll be lucky to make the team..

I hope IRL that Watson does not end up in the Chiefs hands.

Rough that both Kenyon Green and Jameson Williams go right before our pick. I know this isnt the version for it, but I'd be down for a trade up IRL to get either of those guys over McDuffie.
I know McDuffie gets a lot of hype and is ranked to be a value pick there, but there is something about him that doesnt excite me. I dont see him pop off the film like some others (disclaimer: I aint watchin no real "film", I'm just talking about highlight videos).
But he fills a big need and is decent value so I'd be fine with the pick.
I think it has to be CB. I trust the FO to pick their guy and like others have said it might not be McDuffie.

Did you try it? If so, does it live up to the price/hype?
