Life can be so cruel and unfair. I pray this precious little girl gets everything she and her family needs, and all the families in similar circumstances.
Go Bills!!!!!

I wonder how much Mayock was actually the GM and how much was Gruden.
Obviously, Gruden was in charge. But Chucky must have left Mayock with some duties. It seemed preordained that Mayock would be gone once Gruden resigned. Still, how many sportswriters can say they actually built a playoff team?
Odd he was given the chance. Don't think he'll ever have the chance again. Hope he enjoyed the experience while it lasted.
If previously stated is true, if he can spin Gruden had first 2 rounds each draft, then he might get another chance after all. Most of their good value picks came after the 2nd round.
I do like him on the tv analysis though. So if it takes a few years to get another shot, that will work also.

Plus wasn't his grandfather an all time great at golf?....No wait, nevermind.....
Love me some Fitz (at back up QB) next year.

I actually think the list is smaller for those who don't deserve a game ball. Almost a perfect game, all around.

Downside, I have to go to a baby shower (it's couples so men invited).
Upside, said shower is at a local brewery.
The shower ends at 4, so I will have some fresh supplies for the game.

Keb Mo in a couple weeks in NYC
Airborne Toxic Event in Buffalo, mid-March
Tim McGraw in Syracuse in May
and Bare Naked Ladies July 4th weekend, Cleveland, OH, postponed since 2020.
That's quite the eclectic list. 👍
Sometime around midnight is one of my favorites

Nah, Culley has been ambitiously jockeying for positions for years now with the sole goal of becoming a HC, and not caring how bad or temporary the positions were. This is right in line with his MO. And I dont say that with any negative connotation. It simply is what it is.
He got a 5 YEAR deal, which will continue to pay him until he is 70. This is basically his retirement plan. He's fine.
Apparently only 2 years of guaranteed money. $4 million next year and that's it.
I'm not sure I've ever seen non guaranteed money in a contract for a HC. The $4 has to be lowest in the NFL.
I guess he was betting on himself but that contract sucked.

Has any Belichek assistant gone on to be a successful HC? Seems like all of his former assistance get canned as HCs.
No because Tom Brady is playing in Tampa Bay.
I was going to say Mike Vrabel but he never coached with the Cheatriots.

I don't think these 2 are related to the Buffalo Bills in any way. What is BB doing over there, has he lost his edge?

NFL hit it out of the park with Week 18. This is heaven for football fans.

Steelers have a total of 83 yards of offense against Baltimore.
Still winning 3-0.1:56 left in first half.
How do they have 8 wins?

If Titans get the #1 seed they will be the least intimidating #1 seed I have ever seen.
They'll look a little different with Henry and Brown in the lineup together but I get what you are saying.

I am 2 episodes behind. It has been good up to now. Disappointed to hear the final sucked. Will still see how it goes.

Unfortunately he's a sure fire hall of famer, so those horrible commercials will never go away and probably will only get worse and with more products.
I don't think I've ever wanted someone to get CTE but he's getting close.

@Virgil These should not detract from your game day experience. That doesn't seem fair, so thanks again for doing these. 10 years is a great run so no shame in calling it. This week's was spot on!
How about you get a few guest writers during the year to take some of the burden off? Maybe then it won't seem overwhelming for 20 weeks or so.
Betterman was an instant classic 👍

For bills to play Raiders in the wild card what needs to happen? Assuming bills win and Raiders win their game, will that be enough?

Me and the Mrs. are hosting a dinner party (about 16 adults and 7 kids). Its an annual event. I serve Filet Mignon, pan seared and finished in the oven with a lobster tail and drawn butter, mashed potatoes. The guests bring a side dish or appetizer or dessert plus a wine or champagne. Its always a fun night.
Happy New Year!

Coffee from Yemen.
Saw this video about a month ago. I would love to try this but not sure where I could find any. For coffee snobs this is a good watch. Anyone ever have any of this?

The evacuation zones are only for those living really close to the water.
I live about 3 miles from the coast and we are beyond the furthest zone, meaning, we will never have to evacuate.
Living like this is ideal IMO; I would not want to be right on the beach or east of the intercostal anyway.
Nor would I want to live way out where it takes a half hour to get to the beach.
Naples is a nice but small area. There are places all over where the OP can find some happiness without it costing a fortune.
In my area the property values are only going to keep going up; we are like NYC south now.
I live in West Broward County. What I could sell my house for I could probably retire, but I'm not sure where we could move to. The housing market is still on fire. I can't believe what people are paying. I don't understand how people can afford it....
I sold a 3 BR 2 Ba 2300 sqft on 1/2 an acre 25 minutes from the beach in 2004 for 375K. It's now valued at 750k by Zillow (so might sell higher since they added a pool). This house was 550k 3 years ago.

WTF was that? I still don't get it. Is this a millennial thing?
