3-13 is my prediction and that is a good thing in my opinion. We don't have enough talent at several positions and we are 2-3 good drafts from getting enough. LeFevour could be the answer but he is gone by the time we draft in the third round and I don't know if Nix will take him higher than that. I am predicting two horrible seasons followed by a 9-7 season.

No one turns down the Buffalo coaching job because of weather that is a total myth. We are talking about a multi million dollar salary. It's not the weather that is the problem. All coaching and GM search problems it rest solely on the shoulders of the ownership and management of the Bills.

You are absolutely coorect about the coaching situation. Nix as GM I am not so sure. I would raterh have seen him in Modrak's or Guy's title.

Good post. Buddy Nix is a, "...respected football man..." it is his and Brandon’s job to find a head coach. Ralph Wilson and Littman need to confine themselves to the writing and depositing of checks and the counting of cash. Throw in an occasional ceremonial appearance.

Yep it's Fewell, Fraizer and if those don't work maybe we can talk to the guy who coaches OP high School. They are State Champs and if we hire him there is not a cost to relocate him!.

Tebow will go to Jacksonville. The player who will be the third QB in the draft behind Claussen and Bradford will be Lefevour. Lefevour is moving up the charts. Very similar to Tebow only a better more accurate passer. Tebow is a better runner Lefevour a better passer who can run. Both are excellent leaders. Tebow is of course a legend when it comes to leadership.

Philadelphia is one and done. So much for Peters helping them. He is overated and overpaid.

How do we know that the problem is Modrak and or Guy? As personnel men and scouts their job is to present the most viable options to the executive decision makers, not to make the decisions. Executives (GM, Head Coach and Owners make the final decisions. They may be the problem but unless we were sitting in on the meetings we just don't know.

I think the Bills could be drafting higher next year than they are this year and it might be a long term good thing. OT, LB, Run Stopping DT and DE this year. Perhaps the long term solution to QB is in next years draft.

I think only Bradford and Clausen are top ten picks.

Well if the Bills draft an OT in the first and Tebow is sitting there in the second he is going to be a Bill. No need to worry though because he can sell a lot of tickets in Jacksonville so my money says he goes there if not in the first than certainly in the second.

There are some excellent players available with the number 9 pick and they are at positons where we have needs. I am actually more worried about the later picks.

Washington was horrible last year. Who cares what they did.

Lefevour Might have moved into the first round. Certainly the second round, he had an outstanding game against Troy in the GMAC Bowl. The announcers were saying he is the best player ever to come out of the MAC.

Bulaga was dominant in the Bowl game he just played. That is the only time I saw him play but he looked great!

I agree and give the Bills coaches and players a character award as well. I have seen this team run for the bus more than once under similar circumstances. To their great credit they didn't run for the bus this time. I do think he has a good chance of being a Head Coach somewhere some day.

Claussen and Bradford are the only two QB's right now that are worth a top 10 pick. McCoy would have to light up Alabama to move into contention. It looks like a QB will not be there at the Bills number one pick.

I think the Bills would be drafting in the top 6 without TO. I would like to see him back. They need to get a lineman or linebacker with the first pick. Either offensive or defensive. One that can play the run. If Shobel, Reed and Owens leave The Bills record next season could be worse than 6 -10. Bell, Hardy and The Defensive end, what's his name? from Penn State are unproductive to date. There is absolutely no reason to believe in any of them for next season When TO leaves there will be a big hole at number 2 receiver just like in 08.

Buddy Nix is not going to sell a lot of tickets in Toronto. They are going to need to make a big splash somewhere.

I agree with you. The only way I want the Bills to win is if Brian Brohm really lights up the scoreboard. Enough to create a buzz and potentially be the QB of the future. The 7th or 8th pick in the draft vrs the 10th could be very significant. There are 6 tackles that will be taken in the draft first round and 3 of them will be reaches. If the Bills draft ahead of Oakland we may get one (Baluga) that is not a reach.

I agree. I would have liked to beat New England. Now, I do not want them to finish with more than 5 wins. A win against Atlanta or Indy would not be meaningful.

The problem with the Buffalo job is the instability of ownership. No candidate knows who the owner of the team will be2, 3 or 5 years down the road. Ralph has made public his intention to own the team as long as he lives and to sell it to the highest bidder upon his death. You do not have to be an actuary to recognize the problem. Yes Ralph could outlive us all but they will not take a bet on it in Las Vegas.
