  1. I'm a huge Bama fan and will be the first to tell you that Cody would not be nearly as effective in a 43 compared to a 34. He plays 1st and 2nd downs and short yardage situations only. Saban told him he must be below 350 if he wants to rush on passing downs and the lowest he's gotten is 354. I will add that this guy is a stud because of his athleticism. The guy can seriously do a 360 dunk on a normal hoop. While that may not mean much when taking on 2-3 blockers, it shows what he's capable of. As far as Rolando McClain is concerned, Saban has said that he is the smartest player he has ever coached, which speaks volumes. If you want a comparison, picture Demeco Ryans of the Texans at 6'4" 260lbs and that's McClain.
  2. I'm a big SEC fan and would have to say that I'd take Alabama LB Rolando McClain (if he comes out early) over Spikes who has put on some weight and Hardy who has been injured on and off for the last 2 years. McClain is a freak of nature (6'4" 260 lbs) and is extremely football smart.
  3. You didn't see the Alabama game, did you?
  4. I must not have...I thought Jackson was back there much of the time.
  5. There's a lot of finger pointing going on, but I haven't ran across anybody blaming Marshawn...if he's at the game, then Fred is the one returning kicks. Especially, since Leodis fumbled one earlier. Of course, it's a team loss, but I hadn't seen this thought mentioned yet.
  6. I'm there...bunghole fans, but can you really blame them when there are loads of Bills fans there?
  7. We've had the dog for over a year and half and it's just beginning to do this. It has slept with us since we've gotten it. You bring up a good point, because the dog just wants to go out and use the bathroom...but, we've ignored it for up to 30 mins and it hasn't accounted for anything. I guess I'll just have to be a harda$$ and put my foot down.
  8. Kramer: What do you think they'll do to us? Newman: Ah, don't worry about a thing. When we get there the whole place will be crawling with mailmen ...we'll be out on the street by lunch.
  9. I've got a 2 year old pug that is driving me nuts by waking me up as early as 4 in the morning...I feel like I've tried it all: Ignore it....it continues to bark at me for up to 30 minutes before I give up. Keep it dark....there is no light seeping in No alarms of any kind to wake her up.... Long walk before bed....we go on a 1/2 mile walk right before bed Limited water intake....only one little bowl for the entire day Any thoughts???
  10. All in all, it was a great season, but I was disappointed with all the cliffhangers. Jack - The Muslim thing was cool, and as of now, I think next season will be his last. It will be interesting to see if the stem cell actually saves him or just prolongs his life for a few days. Kim - I wish she had died. Only Kim would be stupid enough to follow the guy with a gun through that door. Again, I wish he would've killed her. Agent Walker - Jack definitely rubbed off on her and she's got a new mindset. We'll have to wait and see what goes down with her and Allen. Tony - I really liked the explanation to all of Tony's action. He even did a little acting in his last scene! (Thats' for you, Dean) First Family - Somewhat drawn out, but it'll be interesting to see how much Henry tries to get Olivia off the hook. I wish she would've been killed, too. Chloe and Janice - I really thought Chloe was going to do something crazy to finish off the season, but it didn't happen...yet. She may do something unexpected in the next season. I wish Janice would've been killed, too. Agent Pearce - He's still the man.
  11. Don't get my hopes up! From the previews for next week, I wonder what they were doing to Jack when he was screaming with dr.'s around him like he's in surgery. Two thoughts that came to mind: 1. the obvious - they get some of kim's stem cells and try to heal him OR 2. the twist - the bad guys had the anecdote for the disease all along and administer it to jack for something in return
  12. Good question...but, in all seriousness something is going to happen where Jack brings "redemption" upon himself. It was the name of the 2 hour prequel and the commercials have been mentioning it....can't wait to see what happens in the next 2 weeks.
  13. Off the top of my head: Along Came Polly - Ben Stiller's worst movie...and he's had some rough ones Johnson Family Vacation - it was at the $2 movie theatre when I saw it The Sentinel - I was expecting a Jack Baueresque performance, but didn't get it
  14. You're probably right, but I just have a feeling with all these twists that Tony is just DEEP undercover trying to figure out who the anonymous culprits are behind this. Another thought, if he's bad, how did he get this by Bill and Chloe? Either way, I'm excited to see how the season finishes up.
  15. Great episode last night...Jack bringing up David Palmer was awesome, the plot to frame a potential terrorist introduced, the anonymous conference call was actually interesting, also. Am I the only one that thinks Tony still might be good? He didn't kill Jack last week (I saw the previous posts arguing this), he killed another bad guy last night, and he didn't kill the guy they're going to frame at the end of the episode (if Tony is bad, I can understand why he wouldn't)...any thoughts?
  16. McCall was the unsung hero in Alabama's running game this past year. Blocking is his strength, without a doubt. He could catch when he was called upon, but it was normally on bootlegs where he's wide open. All in all, he'll probably be on the practice squad.
  17. Don't forget Oz....the O'Reily brothers, Ryan and Cyril.
  18. No, it wasn't very subtle...but I felt obligated to bring it up for those who haven't had the privilege of seeing all the seasons.
  19. ...who is named "Teri" after Jack's dead wife from Season 1, for those who didn't catch it. Also, I was hoping Kim would be married to Chase from Season 3 who had to have his arm chopped off....did they ever say what happened to him?
  20. But with the Peters trade, it's more of a reality than a pipe dream!
  21. Astro, That's a heck of a mock draft that is in your sig!
  22. I can picture him getting that adrenaline rush where he shakes his head, stares Linda down, and points at her....then he proceeds to giving her the foot to the face, which leads to a big leg drop.
  23. Bulls eye...that's what I'm thinking too. I also think Daniels and Olivia are caught up in this somewhere. By the way, I don't remember seeing Agent Pierce in last night's episode, but it had him in the opening credits. Did I miss something?
