  1. This isn't about what they did, it's about the mindset of someone who takes the time to do this. As DCTom says it has a "rabbit in a stewpot" feel to it.
  2. Riiiiiiiiight ... so, what you're basically saying is that you're a loony, delusional bastard ...
  3. ZAT'S NOT FUNNY!!
  4. Especially if someone had a camera phone!!
  5. Link Gruden said he was as fast as a cyclone and the name stuck. I like it! I think it should become his official nickname used on signs at the game! There's been a local "TWISTER" warning.
  6. Ummmm, no. By the time I was able to drive that stuff had stopped entering my head for about 5 years.
  7. Glad to see all is well and good! Just out of curiousity did that happen in the last five minutes of Monday's game? Just askin.
  8. I agree but with the caveat civil classy passionate fans.
  9. I don't know but I'm sure this thread has shattered the record for the most replies nobody gives a rat's ass about. Except my posts, obviously.
  10. What the hell happened!!
  11. Anthony Gonzalez, not knowing Breaston was scratched, Chad Pennington, Darren McFadden and Roddy White. I had the luckiest week I've ever had in the ten years of playing FF. I scored the second least amount of points and won my game. Lucky to be playing against the guy who scored the least.
  12. Been there. that sucks dude.
  13. And you know this how? Uneducated guess? If someone in your neighborhood just bought a new riding mower it's probably them. Thanks, great article Tim!
  14. I heard that too. When it's a running down it wouldn't hurt to put him behind Schobel. Just a thought.
  15. Brady 97.8 rating Edwards 114.1 rating. I think there should be at least some kudos for the kid.
  16. Yawn.
  17. And you think that's the best way to spin this? I don't think so.
  18. Only if a long term deal can be negotiated first.
  19. Some stupid Cardinals' fans burned pro Cardinals' stuff into Donovan McNabbs lawn with diesel fuel. The best part is the guys who did it were 37 and 28. They were probably suffering from SRHA (sperm retention headaches) Link But McNabb stopped laughing when he went outside Saturday morning, smelled diesel fuel and realized someone had burned Cardinals cheers into his lawn, causing about $2,000 in damage.
  20. +1 That's very good to hear.
  21. Deerball actually has a good idea! ...and their fat and psychopathic wives would thrash them within inches of their lives! That's the sick part. Somebody probably thinks this is funny. You're wrong about the vulgarity. Here's the difference as I see it. Those situations weren't perpetrated by fans. There's been A LOT of chatter about those situations with the players here and so I can reasonably assume that the fanbase is angry about all of those things. This was done by a fan to a player. Those other things were done to others in the player's personal lives and not against any fans. That doesn't make it right by a longshot but the players personal lives aren't in the control of the fans. What is in control of the fans is their civility. You have to remember these guys have a lot to worry about from strangers. That's why a lot of them have hired bodyguards for when they go out. If it were me I wouldn't be taking it lightly. This could very well have been done by someone who lost a big bet on the game and is angry. Next time it might not just be painting on the lawn. The person who did this is obviously disturbed. Are they disturbed enough to turn to physical violence? Probably not, but you or I or anyone cannot tell Leodis they definitely aren't going to take it to the next level. IMO, it's a joke not to care about it. I was thinking the same thing. BS had a little problem with that while he was here, IIRC.
  22. You've still lost me. All I've said is that it shouldn't be taken lightly. I don't know why you're bringing up what the player should do. ETA: I also don't get the league comment.
  23. I've been in the hospital a lot and they can always find a vein. Why they couldn't put it in his hand, which always seems to be doable, is beyond me. Can't they feed him cyanide or give him an overdose of sleeping meds?
  24. That takes more effort though. Having it broadcast on TV makes it a lot easier.
