Hey don't forget 2097!!!!!!!!!

I really hate baseball, but I was born outside Philly so I consider myself a Phillies fan. I didn't watch one baseball game last year but just for and giggles I consider them my #1 team. My second favorite baseball team, and very, very, very close second favorite is any team that pisses off a Yankees fan. Hey why not become a Cowboys, Notre Dame and Lakers fan too, complete the trifecta of douchebag teams.

League suspends Carolina's Wesley for 1 game
Steely Dan replied to Fezmid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he does have a clean record then I think it was just a stupid act before you think type thing. JMO. He deserves the suspension and fine but I wouldn't put him in the Rodney Harrison club. -
Pondering the game and future of the team.

It may not be him, but at this point I'd be really interested in seeing somebody else try. The trades? Most definitely. The draft? He is the GM and has at least some say in that matter. If Buddy Nix had a lot to do with it, who brought him back? Why does the organization seem to be running a lot better since he took over? To the first point. Have you ever heard of club Marv? Second, ouch! but you are right. Yep, just a boneheaded mistake!!! -

Ok, let's take a lookie here, all thoughts are randomly placed; *Anyone who thinks this was a clutch win is hitting the crackpipe very hard. With five turnovers the Bills should have scored over 40 points. A 3 point win in overtime is pathetic when viewed against that fact. * The strength and conditioning coach needs to be fired. Where's Rusty Jones now? This is the third year the Bills have a lot of guys on IR. The only logical place, IMO, to point the finger is at the S&C coach. * The Bills secondary is pretty deep. It should be after all the DP's spent on them. Don't go overboard though, they were playing against a rookie QB from L.A. in his first cold game. * Lankster has great hands. * Poz looked good coming back from his injury. * The Bills are playing waaaaaayyyyyy below their talent level. A guy who can take this talent and get the most out of it has a good chance of going very far in the playoffs, that is if they can find someone who can keep the guys healthy. * Odds of Ralph getting people who can do that? 1-500. * Russ Brandon is NOT a problem on this team. I don't know how anyone can blame him after his limited time. He's made good trades, gotten something for guys who they were going to cut anyway and had one of the better drafts in recent memory. Wood, Byrd, Nelson and Lankster were all great picks. Especially when draft rounds are considered. The jury is still out on Levitre, Maybin and Harris. Jauron was not his choice for HC. He inherited him. I hope that even if the next HC is a control freak that he finds a way to work with Brandon. I think Brandon's very valuable for the Bills to have around. * I really hope they wait to fire Jauron until the end of the year. If they elevate Bobby April to HC and they hire somebody else to be HC in the offseason it means April would, most likely, be gone. * I hate to say this, and I'm embarrassed by this and ashamed of myself, but for the first time since I've been a Bills fan I find myself thinking about the positives of losing a lot of games this year rather than winning a lot this year. Losing means goodbye to Jauron, a house cleaning of coaches and a higher draft pick. * The players may be willing to run through walls for Jauron but they aren't conditioned to and Jauron and his staff couldn't design plays to get them near the wall. * I've never been so down on a Bills season in memory. I almost don't care if I miss the game. * I never thought I'd ever feel pity for TO, but he's in a situation beyond his control that he's a lot better than. For once I'd understand any public griping he'd do. * TE has a TON of talent this coaching staff couldn't get out of him with an oil derrick. Hopefully the next coaching staff will be a lot better at doing that. Bring in Holmgren. He has a pretty good track record with QB's. 'Nuff said.

I missed that. What the hell is up with the guy on the Rascal? This is great; http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/offbeat/2...on.whoppers.cnn This is supposedly his website. The rest has been taken down; http://www.thepsyiencedetectives.com/balloon.swf I reiterate I think he's planning to change his name to Lou Zer.

Balloon boy and his brothers rap about pussification. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wjXEHvpQEo http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2009/10/19/cr...ry5397059.shtml NEW YORK (CBS) Richard Heene has shared many opinions on his YouTube channel(recently taken down), but one of his most "entertaining" offerings is Heene's rant about makeup, fake breasts, and Britney Spears, during which he puts on women's cosmetics and prances about in a white brassiere. I wish I had known about all this crap earlier. It's like watching a really bad, well something's that usually good but is now really bad. ETA: And the media circus continues. You dropped on me from behind! From behind dude!!

More on the story; http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33340547/?GT1=43001 "He may be nutty, but he's not a professor," Alderden said. The sheriff said all three of the Heenes' sons knew of the Thursday hoax, but likely won't face charges because of their ages. The oldest son is 10. One of the boys told investigators he saw his brother get in the balloon's box before it launched. http://www.startribune.com/entertainment/t...Unciaec8O7EyUsl "If they (prosecutors) can prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, that's one thing. If they can't prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, that's another," he told The Associated Press. Well at least they've got a brilliant lawyer working for them.

Horrendous, what the hell were they fighting about? Why don't these guys learn to just walk away. Very sad for his family. -
Here's more; http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/10/18/colorado....tion/index.html A dispatcher with the Larimer County Sheriff's Department declined to release any information about the search, but said the office will hold a news conference at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. Calls to the department's spokeswoman were not immediately returned. "We anticipate criminal charges will be filed sometime in the near future," Sheriff Jim Alderden told CNN late Saturday.

But wait there's more! http://www.kmph.com/Global/story.asp?S=11331410 FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - A sheriff said he was pursuing criminal charges in Colorado's "balloon boy" saga, which first sparked fear for the child, then relief that he was OK and now suspicions of a hoax. Deputies searched the home of the boy's parents Saturday night, carrying away several boxes and a computer. UH-OH!! Too bad they couldn't teach the kid to be a better liar. As KD pointed out he's a scumbag. If for no other reason, telling his kids to lie. The honesty of a child is going to cost them dearly!!!

Why does he say "White" governments. What does the color of the government have to do with anything? I guess we disagree on what the bloods and crips comment means, but it's racist IMO. Jesse Jackson is black or didn't you know that? Therefore all criminal composites are of black people. What? You can't see that's racist? The Donovan McNabb comment is racist, IMO. He is saying the accolades black quarterbacks receive are because they're a black quarterbacks and they don't deserve the high praise. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. I agree. The Rush apologizers shouldn't assume that anyone calling Rush a racist were running to Jeremiah Wrights side. It would make it a lot easier if that was true because then they could point their fingers jumping up and down yelling "You're a racist" In a kind of "I know you are but what am I?" type child's game. The ultra right, which seems to encompass the entire Republican party today, will probably never see the racism inherent in those comments. If you are comparing Lincoln's Republican party to today's Republican party you are clueless. The Southern Democrats remained in the Democratic party because they had opposed the politics of the Republican Lincoln. When the Democratic party became more liberal during the 70's they started changing to Republicans. Over history there have been heroes and villains in either party, but if you think the Republicans, today, are less racist than Democrats I believe you are mistaken. To quote President Johnson after he helped pass civil rights legislation; "Well there goes the south." (In case you didn't know he was a Democrat) Bolded states are Civil War Slave States. In the 2000 election Bush won: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia(they weren't separated at the time of the Civil War) and Wyoming. 11 Slave states if you count Virginia only once. Thirteen if you count Nebraska and Oklahoma that were territories at the time. Gore won: California, Connecticut, Delaware, DC(until 1862), Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey*, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin. 3. So the former slave states voted approx. 73% for Bush. If you are using the slave state analogy, they are Republicans now. *New Jersey abolished slavery in 1804 but had "apprentices for life" until 1865.

http://www.snopes.com/politics/quotes/limbaugh.asp # "Right. So you go into Darfur and you go into South Africa, you get rid of the white government there. You put sanctions on them. You stand behind Nelson Mandela — who was bankrolled by communists for a time, had the support of certain communist leaders. You go to Ethiopia. You do the same thing." Media Matters for America documents this statement (with an audio clip) as one made by Rush Limbaugh in the course of his radio program on 21 August 2007. # "Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it." Media Matters also documents this statement as one made by Rush Limbaugh in the course of his radio program on 19 January 2007. # "Have you ever noticed how all composite pictures of wanted criminals resemble Jesse Jackson?" # "Take that bone out of your nose and call me back." Rush Limbaugh acknowledged making these statements in a 1990 Newsday article (although the latter, at least, occurred not on Limbaugh's now-familiar talk and political commentary radio program, but at the beginning of his broadcast career back in the early 1970s when he was hosting a Top 40 music show under the name "Jeff Christie" on either WIXZ or KQV in Pittsburgh): # "I think the media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. They're interested in black coaches and black quarterbacks doing well. I think there's a little hope invested in McNabb and he got a lot of credit for the performance of his team that he really didn't deserve." Rush Limbaugh made this statement about Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb during a September 2003 broadcast of ESPN television's Sunday NFL Countdown program. The controversy generated by the remark prompted Limbaugh's resignation from his position as a commentator on that show.

College students say the darnedest things; http://gizmodo.com/5383619/for-sale-proof-...-boy-was-a-hoax Here's what the seller says the documents prove: "The show surrounds scientific experiments and controversial pranks, and one of the pranks within it — actually several of the things within this document — talks about very similar information to what is being debated on the air." What possessed you to name your kid Deerball? Hand to sore to type now? Hmmmm, could this be a hoax? The police are finally starting to think it may be; http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/2...uspisions_.html The fact that Falcon got sick twice on national TV Friday when he was asked about the "show" remark also "raised suspicions," the sheriff said. In another wrinkle, police initially said Heene claimed he was inside the house when the homemade balloon went flying into the sky. But a video of the launch surfaced showing the family counting down in unison, "Three-two-one" before the dad pulls a cord. New reality show; How to look really stupid while trying to pull off a hoax. New Video - http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=5388608n Is that Falcon's voice yelling "daddy (something that sounds like "let go?"

I run a program every few days that removes cookies from my computer. In one of the video's the kid is asked why he didn't come out. The mom is seen shaking her head and looking at him like, ok remember what we rehearsed? The kid then says that he "did it for the show". When Wolf Blitzer questions what the kid meant by that the father gets all indignant, "How could you make such an accusation, that really...."
