That's what DirecTV/TiVos are for -- record two shows at the same time, and don't worry about what time they're actually on Just watched the episode where Blade rescues the girl from the hospital in Berlin. Didn't expect that ending. CW

I just found out about this show a couple of weeks ago. It's on "SpikeTV" and is a Spike original series. So far, it's not too bad. It's not as good as the movies, but it looks like they're trying to do more plot than the movies so it has potential. Not sure how the ratings are for the show, but I can't imagine that they'd expect them to be that high, given the network it's on. Anyway, if anyone is a fan of the show and hasn't heard about it, check it out. CW

All I can say is that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. And remember, Williams didn't play all that much last year -- Peters replaced him, and we still sucked. I think that Teague will be missed more than people are expecting here -- I just don't know that Reyes and Fowler will really be upgrades. Time will tell. And if you go back through my posts, I'm one of the most optimistic people here - just not about the OL CW

I'm just trying to figure out how anyone could rush for a decent amount of yards behind our OL... Oh, it's the whole "addition by subtraction" thing, which I don't buy into. I hope I'm wrong.

I don't want Fox to bring it back. I want some other network (NBC/Universal/Sci-Fi?) to do it. I trust them more.

I know, down to a penny, how much is in my accounts. Why would you ballpark that? It's just asking for a bank error not in your favor (banks make mistakes - I've seen it firsthand). Buy Quicken and it's a piece of cake - and you can even run reportrs to figure out how much you're spending on different things to help with your budgeting.

We *ALL* know the ballpark - somewhere between pick 7 money and pick 8 money. And why should Marv know? Do you think the President or CEO of your company knows exactly how much money you make? I don't know, but I'm thinking about it. I saw the review and havn't seen the movie, so I very well may. Only thing is that they said the movie itself sucks. However, I havn't seen it listed on Amazon... At least we got this thread off of crappy soccer. CW

It shouldn't even take persuading. You have an HDTV, you need an HD-DVD player.

There aren't a lot of channels in HD on DirecTV (or anywhere, for that matter...) but the channels that are there are spectacular. OTA-HD is *SLIGHTLY* better, but not by much and only if you do an A/B comparison would you even notice. Everything I've read said most cable companies have relatively crappy HD, so who knows... CW

Yes there is -- I got to watch most of the Sabres/Canes series in HD on OLN (on DirecTV anyway). The picture was awesome. Only downside is that they sometimes switched to a non-HD camera in the corner of the ice. Come on guys, buy one more camera and get complete coverage already! CW

CBS only had the ability to broadcast three games a week in HD. Nobody's sure if they've updated their cameras this year or not. If the game's on FOX, you're good. If it's on CBS, it's up in the air. Last year, CBS didn't announce which games were going to be broadcast in HD until a few days before the games were played. CW
