this is the type of offense we need to run. granted, it may not work this well every week... then we need to make 'in-game adjustments' (scary to think of, right?). its just, with how we are built we need quick routes. we need to utilize the shotgun and let our young, mobile quarterback be... mobile.

like i said... i think if he seen that guy, he would have put some ass behind that ball. instead, it was a floating gift of 7 pts.

when they came out in the shotgun, i almost pissed myself. i love it. love what i seen from the playcalling in this game.

heres what i think happened... i think the sun was in his eyes and he really didnt see that guy. i mean, if he did, he would have at least put some more on the ball. it was a lofter ther you usually see when a guy is wide open. still a huge mistake, but i think there was more to it than simply f'ing up.

we are gonna need to show up against jax to even think about showing up against sd. ive been scared of that sd game for a while. the texans swept jax this year... so i think we can get the job done if we fire on all cylinders.

we gotta learn to utilize them both. both are a threat, and this oline sucks. we've gotta show teams different looks and with these 2 backs on the team... thats how we should do it.

all in all... our passing game really came together today, and it needed to because we couldnt run for crap. peerless holding onto that ball and making that great grab at the end, both feet in... really blew my mind. still though, alotta dropped passes that hit wr's hands or a certain te right between the freakin numbers.

i agree with what you're saying... 'real deal' might be going a little far, but the kid definitely should be our qb for the near future. too many other spots on this team need to be fixed to even make a proper judgement on jp. but seriously... dont hit enter after ever 12 words. thats annoying.

this is the best sunday i have had in a very, very long time.

the line still played like ass. so this week we get a little pass protection (and jp is given the green light to actually move) and our run blocking is non-existent. i think this post was meant as a real jab at all the jp threads, but its in poor form. this line is still bad and played bad today.

im not going overboard... but you've gotta be freakin happy to see that kinda performance out of a buffalo bill's quarterback.

we are HORRIBLE against the run. which opened up their passing game a ton.

it seems like there are 10, maybe 20 people on this board that actually get this.

third and inches. either way, we havent had a back all year that can convert anything and short.

and can we say right now that the kid is going to throw interceptions and is going to make mistakes during the rest of this season? it just seems like every time a pic is thrown or he makes a bad decision that its the end of the world... like other qbs are perfect. its gonna happen, he's young... but great game today and a definite confidence builder.

watching atrain get hit in the backfield on 3rd and short today is the reason we dont run on it. we can never get one freakin yard.

he made one mistake that cost us 7. other than that he played a good game, against an underrated texans team. their offense made our defense look like crap. they defense made our run game (our one ray of light on offense) look like crap. jp stepped up, played a good game, yet no one will give him credit. oh, its the texans. f that man... they are an nfl team that played a decent game against us. im not ready to put jp in the HOF or anything, but we dont need a new qb next year.

this team needs to learn how to win, and this game certainly was a great add on to that education.

the kid is showing that its there, its just not refined and shiny yet. he's gonna make mistakes (yes, still) as he really hasnt started many games. he's gonna make bad decisions, and this team is gonna play sh------- (jp included). WE ARE NOT A GOOD FOOTBALL TEAM. we need to improve all over the field... but seriously, qb is not our first priority.

how anyone can be a hater after this game blows my mind. jp played great. we finally got a good outing from the passing game (even though i seen a bunch of passes dropped that hit receives in the hands or chest)... we couldnt run for crap... the d looked bad... jp leads us downfield for a last second win and people still complain. how? gimme a break. the kids not gonna come out and drop 342 on people every week, but can't we be happy with a good outing? a good performance to build on for this whole team? come from behind? 3 tds? 2 bombs and a last second bullet to peerless? some of you are the worst fans i have ever seen.

someone doesnt know what really happened. he didnt just jump ship, wwe wouldnt let him wrestle (physical/mental condition). he went out and found someone who would. tna is bush league for now, but with the move to prime time and if they ever give them a 2 hour show... they will turn some heads. not even close to competing yet... but their wrestling product (strictly wrestling... not announcers, mic talent, rest of the show, etc) is better than wwe's right now. roh is bomb though. best wrestling i have ever seen.

i am loving this. at least the game this sunday should be more entertaining than the last few from our offensive side of the ball.

you can mold your poop in any artistic fashion and make it seem better... but reality is that its still a smelly pile of crap.
