  1. You're my favorite for a reason.
  2. LaConfra deserves to be on TSW's permanent **** list. Check out his awesomely timely analysis: What a scum bag. Give it like an hour, ass.
  3. I remember Jim Leonhard getting lots of reps at FS until Byrd came back.
  4. Again, with much resistance, I'm sure.
  5. You sound like you kept an open mind throughout the 2013 campaign.
  6. Average in his best performances? Average...for a rookie? Credibility, meet open window.
  7. They all start as quarterbacks, then get demoted to receiver, followed by corner, then finally safety.
  8. Because their history of drafting corners in the first three rounds hasn't born out lately: McKelvin Byrd A. Williams Gillmore
  9. What are you basing this on? Also, on an unrelated note, imagine my shock when I read Chris Brown's tweet: Marrone: Graham to get a look at safety. Forgot we had another Graham now.
  10. Most comebacks are engineered thusly, and we can't just negate them all because JP had one once.
  11. I don't refute this premise. I refute the implication that it's a certainty he'll never improve.
  12. The lunacy--as repeatedly championed by papazoid--is the unwavering commitment to drafting/benching/starting first round quarterbacks until one performs well. Yeah, he had a bad game. How bout is performance against Atlanta? In Cleveland before he went down? Against New York the second time? The comeback against Carolina? Each of these were as indicative of his season as the performance in Tampa. Period.
  13. I'll bet if you keep repeating this lunacy, someone will finally agree. Don't stop now!
  14. Stop right there. The Bills also GOT Kiko Alonso with where/how they drafted EJ. By comparison, New York GAVE UP Kenyon Coleman, Abram Elam and Brett Ratliff and draft picks that wheeled and dealed to land Freeman in Tampa, Maclin in Philly, and Massaquoi and Mack in Cleveland.
  15. On what planet was EJ's when-healthy performance "disappointing?" I'm not saying said performance put him in the MVP hunt, but let's be serious. It was--at worst--on par with what should be reasonably expected from a rookie!
  16. What RunTheBall said, plus from 30,000 feet, "quarterback play" was also directly impacted by lousy receiver play, lousy early-down running, a rookie OC, shaky pass protection et al. I think the sum of those factors far outweighed the skills or lack thereof at quarterback, meaning the priorities for fixing "quarterback play" don't begin with bringing in new passers.
  17. Ha! Far better than Fitz. That's rich. It's also a blatant example of (and pardon the pun) the grass being greener. Which three games did EJ cost us? So we should sign him because he didn't lose playoff games behind a dominant D? Because he has a pulse? I don't get it.
  18. I remember thinking at the time "Jeebus, this guy has only played in like 17 college games? They must know something nobody else does to trade up and grab this guy so early." Well, my hunch was right. He was ill-prepared for the big time, and it just never clicked. Well done.
  19. SJ13 beating someone deep? Definitely a dream!
  20. Unarguably? So...the 6 pages worth of argument against it are...? You're right about one thing, though. Sanchez is certainly more proven than any QB on our roster. Prove to be inconsistent, unreliable and downright detrimental to his team.
  21. Ha, yeah. The Bills had a "top 10" defense in 2013. Whichever metric folks are cherry picking to make that claim was undoubtedly skewed by the week 16 Miami game. Regardless, it's borderline psychotic to say we should sign Sanchez because he took "another" top 10 defense to the conference championship. Anyone who equates last year's Bills defenses with those Jets defenses is !@#$ing high.
  22. I guess we're still responding to this guy's topcis, huh? Well alright.
