  1. Seriously, shame on you for clicking the link. Bills Nation needs to collectively protest this worm in silence.
  2. Given that we've had two FA QB acquisitions, then I'd only be okay with at no. 50 QB if he was their BPA.
  3. Read the tweet, don't follow the link. Don't ever, ever follow his links. mikerodak 4:12pm via TweetDeck From A to D: Grading the Bills’ offseason moves: es.pn/1BWlwJO
  4. Yes. But that has nothing to do with the false choice you've presented.
  5. I don't think it'll be positional specific. I think they're BPA, all the way. And now this http://twitter.com/Gil_Brandt/status/578301494274871296 Gil_Brandt 4:06pm via TweetDeck Bryce Petty is like Jimmy Garappolo was last year, in terms of ability, not playing style. Not in top group but not far behind.
  6. I'd rather not take a project in the first round next year. But that's not a reason to take one in the second round this year. Which is, you know, what we're talking about. I can't imagine they have Petty as the 50th best player in the draft.
  7. Thank you for sharing this false choice.
  8. I hear all of this, but I didn't make my comment in a hypothetical vacuum. I made it specifically about a project like Bryce Petty. Yes, agreed.
  9. Yes. Really. With our first pick? When we haven't yet addressed the O-line, when we have to start considering life after Kyle, when Dareus could be due a Brinks truck, when we still have opportunities for a rookie to come in and contribute to the defensive secondary, the Bills would be completely !@#$ing nuts to spend the #50 pick on a QB who won't catch a glimpse of action until 2017, at the earliest.
  10. Well, we have four QB's on our roster now. Using our first pick on another would be among the dumbest things they could do.
  11. The Colts had to go 2-14 to get there. The Packers were in the playoffs the season before they drafted Rodgers. And in the NFC Championship the year before he took over.
  12. Step one: get one of the GOAT QB's to start for us for well over a decade Step two: replace him with one of the GOAT QB's Seems reasonable.
  13. That's right. They're not the same player. Also, we'll see how JT does not getting passes from Manning.
  14. That's hilarious. In fact, some buddies and I used to use "Canadians" as a code word for the population segment at issue here. No, our microwave always smells like syrup for the same reason the Dunkin Donuts across the street gives you a packet of grape jelly to on your egg/bacon sandwich (no joke). I had to explain to my coworkers that, no, I don't put hot sauce on my Doritos.
  15. Well, for starters our office microwave invariably smells like syrup.
  16. I'm the only white person in my office here on Chicago's South Side. This is the thread where we talk about stereotypes, right?
  17. Yeah. It's weird. And this new stunt is obnoxious, IMO.
  18. People have legitimate SB addictions, or at least have convinced themselves of as much. I wouldn't expect their sales to slow down because of this. Certainly not for any meaningful period of time.
  19. Um...aside from being intrusive and scold-like, it's also kinda preaching to the choir, is it not?
