  1. The same reason the players hope for a win today, a team that never thinks it can win never will, while teams that get the #$&^ beaten out of them will get stronger and better from it. Even though it sucks now I was really happy to see how much optimism we had prior to today, and I want to see that every week.
  2. Also, Moorman had a nice average today of 57.8
  3. At least it looks like Ko and Donte had nice days, why are the rookies getting the most tackles?
  4. Well at least Terrence is getting a chance to improve as a KR
  5. It sure would be nice if Reed, Price, or Parrish made some contribution
  6. There's a difference between crying and begging in a coliseum and fighting and putting on a show. Champion teams do the second regardless of the odds....35-3.
  7. I was probably sleeping in a baby crib or speaking in jargon....I was 2
  8. Let's just hope that Duke has what it takes, we don't have very much depth otherwise.
  9. Am I the only one here who really really hopes that the Redhead doesn't actually exist. And that Dr. Z just talks to himself whenever he makes these rankings?
  10. Well, if Fletcher stays and Spikes does come back *crosses fingers* where would we draft? O-Line, CB, FB?
  11. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
  12. However, how many of those teams have better running backs than we do? (This excludes Shaun Alexander since he was hurt) Better special teams? Or better defense?
  13. I just got told
  14. And with any luck we'll have beat all of those teams (minus the Seahawks) too . Even if we lose I think, or at least hope, this game will be closer than a lot of people expect.
  15. I think he was comparing JP to you actually. Do you have a good throwing arm?
  16. Khaaaaaaaaannnnnnn!!!!!
  17. Hmmmm.....facing the patriots right before our bye, middle of the season, season defining game......man are the Kelly Holcomb vs. JP posts going to be flying rampant after that game.
  18. I don't know....I think some board members will always have honorable mentions no matter how long they've been here. For example take the parrot LaDarsomethingmartinnanceoedipusrexcomplexspongebobperson. See he did such a good job he got kicked off the board. Do you really want that?
  19. Well, a win is a win and a loss is a loss If we win we win, if we lose we lose But like JP said, doesn't matter who they're gonna work hard and come out and fight 110%. Yeah, Chicago > NFC, and AFC east rivals and everyone would pick them as the better team. But as the Jets proved to us (sourly) the better team doesn't always win, and one man could argue we have a 50% chance of winning. We either do or don't, anyone wanna give us a reason why we can't win?
  20. Time for some new whipping boys? Like Duke Preston?
  21. How about that 2006 draft? I guess it's also helpful when you draft a guy for a certain type of D that is considered pretty simple.
  22. Well you see the predictions are true. Kyle Williams was initially better only to be (later down the line of 4 games) passed up by MaCargo. (Sarcasm on)
  23. It's nice to know, being a psych major, just how essential this is for self-actualization. Plus I love how the natural course of action, instead of sharing the sink, is fighting to the death for it
  24. I hardly think Craig Nall is qualified..... http://www.csd.uwo.ca/~magi/personal/humou...ng%20Chart.html
  25. However as one of the other posts pointed out, our Running has really flourished when McGahee runs to the left side where his running average is really high.
