    I could not agree more. Watson is a sick degenerate and I’m sure most of his future teammates will recognize that. Any team that trades a huge number of picks/players for him will live to regret it.

    I have full confidence in McBeane’s ability to fill the hole left by a departing CB2 like Wallace…zero concern. We can also be certain that a solid plan already exists.

    I think they take a CB, but in the second or third, not at 25. But then again, I’m never right about what the Bills are going to do in the draft…

    Now that we’ve plugged the hole at DT with a couple solid (and affordable) FA signings, can we rest easy about the Bills squandering the 25th pick on Jordan Davis? I’d much rather watch him eat himself out of the league on some other team…

    They play very different positions…Williams’s elite status is based on speed and explosiveness…any negative effects from the injury/surgery would mean he’s just not the same player…

    I agree with this…look, neither of these teams was going anywhere, so why the hell not? Denver goes from a snooze fest to a fun team to watch, and Seattle gets 2 or 3 new starters plus a ton of premium picks to help their rebuild…

    The “big value difference” between 25 and 40 would suggest that Seattle, not Buffalo, would have to throw in a 4th rounder to even it out.

Also, this is different…we’re talking about a position where (1) there are likely to be a number of other, fully healthy players who have only slightly lower grades, and (2) this is a player (and a position) where losing even a little bit of speed, quickness or agility means losing the exact thing that makes him elite…

    It was reported that he’s going to be deposed while the grand jury is in session and that Watson would be taking the Fifth.

    I don't know how I feel about this. There are going to be a lot of really good, 100% healthy WRs available at 25. Why take this chance?

    Not clear...It says third round picks were involved, but it doesn't say which team is getting them...it's hard to believe any team would give up even a single day-2 pick for Wentz, but then again Washington is an absolute joke of an organization .

    Nope…reportedly the depositions are going forward and Watson will plead the fifth…meaning that he’s totally screwed in the civil cases.

    Makes a lot of sense. Right now, we’ve got three DEs under contract, and all are unproven, although Rousseau certainly had a promising rookie year.
