  1. You try so hard to root for the kid. I was hoping another year in Greg Roman's system he would show some improvement. Still has that deer in the headlights reaction. I would have like to seen more production against 2nd and 3rd stringers.
  2. AJ Green, Patrick Peterson, Julio Jones, Tyron Smith and JJ Watt. These are the players we passed on to select Marcell Darius. Would have preferred to spend 100 million on Tyron Smith or JJ Watt. Also here's Marcell's stats compared to Jurrell Casey's. Except a lot more out of an 3rd overall pick. Marcell Darius 2011 Draft 1st rd 3rd overall pick. 30.5 sacks and 253 tackles. 2 Pro Bowls 1 All Pro 6yr $95 million Jurrell Casey 2011 Draft 3rd rd 77th pick. 28 sacks and 283 tackles. 1 Pro Bowl 1 All Pro 4yr $36 million

  5. 1. Darron Lee ILB Ohio State 2. Yannick Ngakoue 3-4 OLB Maryland 3. Javon Hargrave 3-4 DE South Carolina State 4. Caleb Benenoch OT UCLA 4. Tyvis Powell S Ohio State 5. Avery Young G/OT Auburn 6. Dominique Alexander ILB/OLB Oklahoma 6. Roberto Aguayo K Florida State I did not draft a QB, because I feel there's no upgrade over EJ Manual after the top 4 QB's. Wentz, Goff, Lynch and Cook will be gone by the middle of the second round. We have more pressing needs. I hope Doug Whaley is reading this topic. GO BILLS!!!
  6. i feel that his physical make up and limited athletic ability is more suited for OG. A position he played some in college and most analyst felt was a better fit.
  7. Tyrod's price tag keeps raising with every accomplishment. I still say hold tight and see what type of year he has next season. I believe he is the answer, but the Ryan Fitzpatrick contract always makes me nervous. Go Bills!!!!
  8. Signing Jones or Sanu would be sweet! Forget about Wilkerson (Will want to much). This year's draft is loaded with DE that fits 4-3 and 3-4 schemes.
  9. Can it get any worse for this poor guy? LOL
  10. This team is not ready to play today. It all boils down to coaching. Mario is soaking and it shows. I'm a Bills fan and it pains me to see our franchise get dismantled like this.
  11. 1. Yannick Ngakoue DE Maryland (Pending the release of Mario Williams) Just don't see Mario restructuring or taking a pay cut. Wiil also need the cap space to sign Glenn,Gilmore. and Incognito. 2. Scooby Wright III LB Arizona 3. Darian Thompson S Boise St 4. Jason Spriggs OT Indiana 5. Antwaun Woods DT USC 6. Jonathan Jones CB Auburn 7. Braxton Deaver TE Duke This mock draft is based on current needs and our draft position (Predicting Bills to be drafting in the bottom 3rd of the draft) .
  12. With the contracts of Gilmore, Glenn and Incognito forth coming. Does Mario become a cap casualty next year/ His release would free up almost 13 million.
  13. 18 Pro Bowlers were choosen after McKelvin in the 2008 draft. Has never lived up to the 11th pick in the first round.
  14. It takes more than being athletic to be a top flight qb. He's inability to anticipate routes and reading coverages has to improve if the Bills are to contend any time soon.
  15. The play calling by Roman has been terrible in key situations tonight.
  16. For some reason I feel like the Bills are going to take care of business Monday night. I think New England will be right for the picking and Buffalo will pull one out. Just a gut feeling.
  17. That's all I'm saying. Too small and too slow. Always getting beat on slants and double moves.
  18. 1. Daryl Williams OT Oklahoma: 3 year starting experience at RT 2. Gerod Holiman S Louisville: Led nation with 14 ints. 3. Hayes Pullard ILB USC: 3 down LB that led team in tackles the last 2 years. 4. Blake Bell TE Oklahoma: QB turned TE that has very good route running skills, great size and blocking ability.
  19. image: http://www.walterfootball.com/images/fball/billsb_logo.gif Buffalo Bills: Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State: A Grade Not a quarterback! It's a victory for the Bills, who sounded like they were getting duped by Bryce Petty. There was discussion that Ronald Darby could go at the end of the first or top of the second round, so Buffalo is getting a steal at No. 50. The Bills have some expiring contracts at the position in the near future, so Darby should be able to step in as the starter as early as 2016. 20. How many times have teams evaluated and drafted players based on their performance at the combines and workouts? Every year someone blows away the coaching staffs with incredible numbers (JaMarcus Russell rings a bell) and all of a sudden their at the top of the draft board. The proof is in the pudding. Game film does not lie! I believe that too many teams get caught up in the measurables and are not trusting the tapes. Don't get me wrong in saying that the workouts are not useful. A lot of the Pro Days are scripted workouts used to enhance the players strong points. Which is a good tactic for raising a players stock, but they really don't give the coaching staffs a players true value. Again "The Tape Don't Lie"
  21. I was the first to bring this subject to light. After posting the ideal I was lambasted and ridiculed. Since we have not been able to land any of the top o-line FA (have been trying), there has been plenty of media talk of the move. Cordy is a good left tackle, but an All-Pro guard. During the preseason Seantrel Henderson played much better at LT than at RT. With a year of experience under his belt the time to which is now. This year draft is stocked with talented o-line help. Cordy will make very good money as an all-pro guard as opposed to an ok left tackle.
  22. Rnd 2: Cedric Ogbuehi OT Texas A&M: Will be ready for training camp (ACL). Will drop in draft because of injury. Top 20 talent. Rnd 3: Ali Marpet OG Hobart: Stock rising and posted best overall numbers at combine. Rnd 5: Clayton Geathers SS Central Florida: Can play both safety positions and averaged over 100 tackles the last three years. Rnd 6: Rory Anderson TE South Carolina: Under used TE with good sizes and speed. A steal in the 6th rnd. Rnd 6: Kyle Loomis P Portland State: Best punter in draft. Enough said. Rnd 7: Tyeler Davison DT Fresno State: A quality run defender with some pass rushing abilities. 8 sacks in 2014.
  23. You're correct about the spell check, but was that really necessary at 2 in the morning?
  24. I for one would not have a problem signing him to a modest 2yr deal with an team option on the last year. He is a 3x Pro Bowler for minimum miledge. Very durible (4 missed games 6 yrs). Excellent receiver out the backfield, break away speed (4.37 combine)and a very good protection blocking back. And he's only 28 yrs old. Thouhgts?
  25. Let Spiller, Urbik, Hughes, Smith and Pears walk in free agency. Resign Searcy and sign Clint Boling G (Cin), Camoran Jordan TE (Clev), Brandon Graham DE (Phil), Derek Newton RT (Hous) and Mark Sanchez QB (Phil). Draft Tevin Coleman RB Indian 2nd rd and Ali Marpet G Hobart College 3rd rd. Boom!
