  1. If there where ever a time for the Bills to have a bad season, next year is it. Stop thinking that we can get by on average qb play and just getting into the playoffs be this teams goal. The goal is to "Win the Super Bowl". Winning the Super Bowl with great defense and average qb play has happened three times in the history of the NFL. 85 Bears, 01 Ravens and Denver last year. This is the perfect storm rising for our franchise. This team is not a contender for the Super Bowl. This team is like a decaying tooth. Sooner or later you are going to have to fix it or get it pulled. The 2018 draft will provide two studs in UCLA's Josh Rosen and USC's Sam Darnold. By then hopefully this team has rid themselves of Whaley and hire a real GM who gets it. Pull the plug on Tyrod and take this team off life support.
  2. He will be long gone before we pick. I like Pat Mahomes from Texas Tech in the second round.
  3. Just the Buffalo Bills luck. Tyrod gets hurt in one of the three remaining games and Buffalo is stuck with his contract and Rex.
  4. I like AJ McCarron from Cincinnati! I forgot about him and no one is talking him up. Some thought he would have gone higher in the 2014 draft. It was reported that teams felt during pre-draft interviews that he came across cocky and over-confident. When asked what his best attribute was during an interview at the combine, McCarron responded, "Winning!" I like what i saw in his limited action. Worth a try for a team in "QB PURGATORY".
  5. With 2 weeks of no Buffalo Bills football and the season half way over. I wanted to put together a mock draft based on what I've seen so far this season. Feel free to chime in with your own mock draft and thoughts. 1. Marlon Humphrey CB Alabama: Will need a corner after Gilmore's departure. 2. Fish Smithson S Kansas: Aaron Williams health is a big question mark. 3. Taylor Moton OT Western Michigan: RT needs an upgrade. 4. Rick Seals-Jones WR Texas A&M: Big athletic WR for the red zone. 5. Ethan Cooper G Indiana Pa: How much does Ritchie have left in the tank? 6. Pharaoh Brown TE Oregon: Better than stats show, because of poor QB play. 7. Steven Parker S Oklahoma: Added depth on the back side.
  6. Might turn out to be our version on Julian Edelman. Identical measurements in stature and combine numbers. Never know what I guy is capable of doing until he's giving a chance. The coaches must have saw something they like, because they choose him over players who have been with the team longer. "Go Bills"
  7. Regardless to who was not playing today, there where some missed opportunities that could have made the difference. Sooner or later not being able to make plays through the air was going to come back and bite us. Granted our defense got lit up, but when your time of possession is almost doubled it's kind of hard to stay fresh. I'm a "BIG Tyrod" fan, but there were too many times on 3rd and short where drives were stalled. This was a winnable game, but when you let teams stay in the game somethings bond to happen. And it did!!!!!
  8. The blame is your list at the bottom. NO QB!!!!!!!!
  9. You try so hard to root for the kid. I was hoping another year in Greg Roman's system he would show some improvement. Still has that deer in the headlights reaction. I would have like to seen more production against 2nd and 3rd stringers.
  10. AJ Green, Patrick Peterson, Julio Jones, Tyron Smith and JJ Watt. These are the players we passed on to select Marcell Darius. Would have preferred to spend 100 million on Tyron Smith or JJ Watt. Also here's Marcell's stats compared to Jurrell Casey's. Except a lot more out of an 3rd overall pick. Marcell Darius 2011 Draft 1st rd 3rd overall pick. 30.5 sacks and 253 tackles. 2 Pro Bowls 1 All Pro 6yr $95 million Jurrell Casey 2011 Draft 3rd rd 77th pick. 28 sacks and 283 tackles. 1 Pro Bowl 1 All Pro 4yr $36 million

  13. 1. Darron Lee ILB Ohio State 2. Yannick Ngakoue 3-4 OLB Maryland 3. Javon Hargrave 3-4 DE South Carolina State 4. Caleb Benenoch OT UCLA 4. Tyvis Powell S Ohio State 5. Avery Young G/OT Auburn 6. Dominique Alexander ILB/OLB Oklahoma 6. Roberto Aguayo K Florida State I did not draft a QB, because I feel there's no upgrade over EJ Manual after the top 4 QB's. Wentz, Goff, Lynch and Cook will be gone by the middle of the second round. We have more pressing needs. I hope Doug Whaley is reading this topic. GO BILLS!!!
  14. i feel that his physical make up and limited athletic ability is more suited for OG. A position he played some in college and most analyst felt was a better fit.
  15. Tyrod's price tag keeps raising with every accomplishment. I still say hold tight and see what type of year he has next season. I believe he is the answer, but the Ryan Fitzpatrick contract always makes me nervous. Go Bills!!!!
  16. Signing Jones or Sanu would be sweet! Forget about Wilkerson (Will want to much). This year's draft is loaded with DE that fits 4-3 and 3-4 schemes.
  17. Can it get any worse for this poor guy? LOL
  18. This team is not ready to play today. It all boils down to coaching. Mario is soaking and it shows. I'm a Bills fan and it pains me to see our franchise get dismantled like this.
  19. 1. Yannick Ngakoue DE Maryland (Pending the release of Mario Williams) Just don't see Mario restructuring or taking a pay cut. Wiil also need the cap space to sign Glenn,Gilmore. and Incognito. 2. Scooby Wright III LB Arizona 3. Darian Thompson S Boise St 4. Jason Spriggs OT Indiana 5. Antwaun Woods DT USC 6. Jonathan Jones CB Auburn 7. Braxton Deaver TE Duke This mock draft is based on current needs and our draft position (Predicting Bills to be drafting in the bottom 3rd of the draft) .
  20. With the contracts of Gilmore, Glenn and Incognito forth coming. Does Mario become a cap casualty next year/ His release would free up almost 13 million.
  21. 18 Pro Bowlers were choosen after McKelvin in the 2008 draft. Has never lived up to the 11th pick in the first round.
  22. It takes more than being athletic to be a top flight qb. He's inability to anticipate routes and reading coverages has to improve if the Bills are to contend any time soon.
  23. The play calling by Roman has been terrible in key situations tonight.
  24. For some reason I feel like the Bills are going to take care of business Monday night. I think New England will be right for the picking and Buffalo will pull one out. Just a gut feeling.
  25. That's all I'm saying. Too small and too slow. Always getting beat on slants and double moves.
