  1. Oh, my fault Yes, that would be THE BEST thing to ever happen for the Jets.
  2. This isn't Woody's first rodeo. He has been in this spot multiple times the last 10 years. He hasn't gotten it right yet, no matter whom he's tossed that $$$ at. They haven't had any success in 14 years. That $$$ can't save him or the Jets. Also, the Chargers weren't a bad team. They were just an injured and underachieving one. They made the Playoffs just a couple of seasons ago, but choked against Jacksonville. They also rolled with Staley too long, but lucked up into getting Harbaugh after he brought the Championship home to Michigan (and there were some possible penalties on the horizon).
  3. I like Joe Brady. I think he and Allen mesh well together. Allen and Daboll also meshed well together, Daboll got a HC gig, and we all see how that has turned out. Peyton Manning got multiple people HC jobs, Tom Brady got McDaniels hired twice (even though he backed out the 2nd time), and Aaron Rodgers got Hackett a HC job. A HOF QB can make a lot of play callers look better.
  4. Maybe the Jets will repeat history again. They hired Adam Gase after he had been fired in Miami. Maybe this time they hire Brian Flores to keep the cycle going.
  5. At some point, enough has to be enough. A WC loss to anyone should be completely unacceptable. We have the best player in the NFL. In the biggest moments, it is usually the defense and the coaching that has failed him. Diggs and Bass had a hand in last year's debacle. He (JA) has had one bad game in the Playoffs, the divisional against Cincy. Other than that, he's always had us in position to win. You see McDermott in the regular season getting outcoached as well. Some bad challenges, some non-challenges, poor clock management, and some questionable game plans. He is the leader. He has to bring the entire thing together. Do I think Pegula will let him go? Probably not, no matter how the Playoffs pan out. So, knowing this, I just hope that JA17 puts on his cape and refuses to leave the outcomes in anyone else's hands.
  6. Oh my Gerd, we have another Diggs on our hands. What a problem child this rook is.
  7. Before the draft, I wanted us to take Xavier Leggette. That was my guy. The guy I said I wanted us to avoid at all costs was Coleman. I thought he was slow and unable to separate. At the same time, I didn't want Worthy either. Now that I have seen Coleman be pretty much just as productive as Gabe Davis, with less targets, I just want to say crow ain't that bad. I also sure as heck wouldn't trade Coleman for Worthy.
  8. Did anyone see this today?
  9. The Vikings look legit. They are balanced on offense and have a solid defense. The NFL wants Cincy in the Playoffs. Trying to give Cleveland all the help they can to get that W.
  10. Tyrod was a good guy while here and by all accounts a great teammate. He was the QB of the team that ended the drought. We'll never forget that. Up 40-0, cheering him in that moment was the right move.
  11. Probably me. That's only about 4 hours from me here in VA. I'd much rather travel south than north to a game.
  12. Start, one hand-off to Davis, back to the bench.
  13. This looks like a completely different Sam Darnold.
  14. Josh has another 3 TD's, the Bills lock up the #2 seed, and he has another 3 or 4 "only Josh Allen" type of plays. There's nothing left to prove. If they don't give it to him? Whatever.
  15. JA17, per the usual Rousseau Oliver Cooper
  16. Screw Rodgers and the Jests. This was fantastic to watch.
  17. Come back from commercial to a chorus of Wonder Wall
  18. They must think they're Cooper and JA17
  19. Oh that giant snowball is rolling downhill now
  20. This went sideways quick in the 2nd half for the Jests
  21. Josh's flop game is strong
