I hope the 3rd year QB jump narrative is finally put to rest with what’s happened with Justin Fields.
Either you can play in this league or you can’t and Fields will be selling insurance or used cars by his 30th birthday.I bet the Jets would trade a 2nd for him right now…

Dorsey just does the dumbest things sometimes. Like why?! Why?!

Tripping?? Huh??
He kicked out his leg at the last second. Defense sold out but still dumb to do.

Bad penalty Kincaid…

Always weird seeing someone wear #11 and not be Roscoe Parrish

I also hope that Mayfield continues to do well in Tampa. Just because he was unceremoniously dumped for this useless POS in Watson.

Seconding what others are saying...Watson is done.
Even on that 15 yard penalty...he had a chance to run and pick up another 5-10 yards or dump it off for a few...but he just threw it into the ground...- 1

That was a vintage Josh Allen drive

Diggs should always be the the first look too. Doesn't make sense.
I think Josh saw a break down in protection on the right side and just immediately wrote off looking that way.

Horrible. What kind of play calling was that?
Just Dorsey things….

This is what I like to see. An offense using what the defense gives them to their advantage.

Just seems weird watching a Dink and dunk Bills offense. But you gotta take what they give you.
a lot of articles written about how NFL defenses have adjusted to take away the deep ball BECAUSE of Allen, Mahomes, Herbert, and Burrow. The league adjusts. -
I’ll give Beane credit…Rousseau was a great pick.
-
Crowd booing because I think we all can tell something is broken with this team.
Give McDermott credit though. Can’t fire him because there’s no one on the staff with the experience to take over. Frazier was probably the only member of the staff who could have.

Bills just look like hot garbage

I am genuinely starting to think this is beginning of the end of the McDermott era.
Just an embarrassingly bad defensive showing to start the game. And here comes hero ball because they’re already down 7.

Who was the male reporter joking around with Glab and why has he not gotten a shred of what Glab has?
Was he not “unprofessional” as well?
He wasn't caught on a hot mic saying something stupid. By Glab's own admission, all he said was "Go get Diggs".

Hurts touch on the move is remarkable. He’s made some impressive throws tonight. Consensus Top 3 qb by end of the year
yep, I’ve been very impressed with his play all night. The touch he has on deep balls is impressive.- 1

We all know he can be an elite quarterback. That game against the Chiefs in the playoffs was possibly the greatest performance by a Bills QB I've ever seen.

Cam is the closest comparison to Josh. So it would is a valid data point to track. I would say what is relevant is when Cam’s body starting to breaking down, when teams adjusted, etc. The hope is Josh masters the QB position so he can still be great when his running threat diminishes. Unless Josh is on some magic pills that day will come when his legs slow down or his will have an injury that accelerates that. Cam had the double whammy of losing his legs and his arm.
As many other pointed out, Cam was absolutely pummeled in those six years of play that it lead to a breakdown in his physical well being. Do people not remember him going to the media complaining about the number of late hits he took and how refs turned a blind eye to it (he had a case...reffing was terrible then).
Josh's issues are between his ears. His body is ok for now (he has to stop taking hits on runs though)

Terrible. The whole night was a freak show nightmare. Bad for us. Worse, much worse for the Jets. The D can only take them so far. Where are they going to find a QB.
A new nightmare presents itself....Tom Brady comes out of retirement...

How good do you think Allen would be if Andy Reid was his coach?
There’s your answer.

I'm thankful that this will take all the pop culture media attention away from Josh's relationship with Hailee Steinfeld and be less of a distraction for him.
Honestly, it feels like no one in the media even cares anymore about them because it's all about Kelce-Swift.
