  1. A friend and I were having a discussion regarding the latest operation in Iraq - Operation Steel Curtain. My friend said he thought that the president's statement that major operations were over still held, while I think GW was either premature in his declaration (best case) or had his head in his ass (worst case). I'm not a military guy, so maybe people here can tell me the difference between what is going on now and the major operations that are continuing. I have no point of reference to tell the difference between the two, if there are any, so I'd appreciate some input. My perception is that what is going on is no different than major operations, however I could be wrong.
  2. Either he's benched, or the Bills have dedcided to come with more speed pressure up the middle.
  3. I think that's a good idea, but only for Wildcards.
  4. Hilarious. You are so anti-TD that you can't even admit when he's doing something good. Dont' be an ass, bud.
  5. That's just stupid. You really wouldn't do something like that, would you?
  6. I think that analysis shold pretty much put to rest the Losman vs. Holcomb argument. If you want to try and win, you switch to KH. Period.
  7. Good God, imaginge a GM and VP with responsibility for stocking a team with players taking an interest in the personnel on a team. Preposterous!
  8. Probably because Travis was in the NFL's banned substance program.
  9. Take a run at rivers? Are you friggin nuts?
  10. Why is it so hard for many to realize that Brady is a great QB? He's not the greatest ever, but who cares? He's a fantastic player. He's the best player on an offense that won the SB 3x. That's pretty damn good, folks.
  11. Didn't he hurt his wrist?
  12. I must admit, this type of thing is why I don't attend as many games as I would if there weren't drunk a-holes ruining the fun for everyone.
  13. Look at the dominance in the running game. there is your answer.
  14. And also there were a few losses from teams we should beat.
  15. I think he means there is parody weak in and weak out.
  16. Yeah, sure does suck to win, doesn't it?
  17. Only if it's Favre in shorts and sweaty.
  18. And he doesn't stab anyone in the back, play drums in a horrible band, have a mullet, or have a signature college highlight that he can stake his career on. He's also not as good as Flutie.
  19. I don't think anyone should be telling anyone to eat crow yet. Maybe telling negative ninnies to STFU, but there should be no crow eating before it's time. It ain't time.
  20. The point is winning. As long as you have a shot, you try to win. Anything else isn't acceptable.
  21. You do realize that the big deal being made out of Mularkey not declaring a QB is not a big deal, right? The reason that the media is making a big deal out of it is because it annoys them. It makes their job harder, so they have to complain about it. So you are all being played by the likes of Sullivan and the talk show hosts, just because they need something to yap about. Really. Think about it. Is it really a big deal that Mularkey won't EXTERNALLY name a starting QB each week? It's not. Unless you are in the media and you need something to complain about.
  22. The exact same thing happened when drew got here. He lit up the league his first 8 games here. Then it just trailed off.
  23. #2. No question. We'd get to B word about how bad the Bills are for not dominating, not allowing your young QB to develop, complaining that losman wasn't playing the whole game, and also relish in a win. But seriously, #2. A breakout game for Losman? That would be awesome.
  24. Actually, I'm a fairly rational person. I, unlike other sheep on the board, can understand that people can do both good and bad things. Donahoe is about 60/40 good to bad right now, but on the decline. It's sarcastic, because so many people need to see everything that coaches or donahoe do as bad, no matter what.
  25. Not true. Willis took over, kicked butt, and the COACH made a decision to sit Henry. This was game 5 or 6, not the end of the season. And who decided he wouldn't be the starter?
