Suppose your boss came to your office one day and told everyone that the company is in shambles. The boss goes further on to say that its going to take us years to be respectable. As an employee, you're probably going to start sending out your resumes to as many companies as possible looking for new employment. Now, imagine you are one of our QB's who just heard his boss say that he's going to draft a QB next year. Are you going to work as hard as you can to help this team win now, or are you going to show up each day, do as little work as possible, knowing that you're going to be let go by the end of the year. I can't remember a time in recent memory where an owner of an NFL franchise came out and told his fan base and team that it's going to take a few years to rebuild. No one does that for obvious reasons. I'm afraid a lot of players and fans just checked out. Again, how would you feel if you were a player on this team?

Pryor makes sense to me. We need a mobile QB to escape the rush that our O-line will allow through.

What is the 10 year plan? I'm tired of rebuilding. We've been rebuilding since 1997. When will we finally see the finished product?

If Donte Whitner is mad about other teams laughing at the Bills, then go beat them. That will shut them up. I hope Donte realizes that he is a solution to the problem he's bringing up.

Like most of you, I just got an email from BB.com informing me of FREE shipping on all Bills items. Instead of this crap, they need to mail you and I reimbursement checks ($50 for each fan - to commemorate 50 years of the team) for the lackluster performance we've had lately. That, or they need to offer us FREE tickets to the next home game.

I have this sick feeling that Clausen will turn out to be a good QB in this league. Then we can all look back and say "WHAT IF?". I always say that every time I look at how well Orakpo is doing in Washington. "WHAT IF we had taken Orakpo instead of Maybin?".

I say we make a trade for Vince Young. Why not? At least he'll run around and make things interesting. The Titans/Jeff Fisher are done with him. Maybe we could make a straight up trade: Maybin for Young.

Simply put Fred Jackson in the wildcat every play. He throws better than Trent, plus he can run when the OLINE lets the defenders through each play.

I have been to a lot of NFL stadiums for games and I can honestly and sadly say that the games I have been to at the Ralph are the most unfriendly I have encountered. For example, I witnessed two fans in their 40's harrassing a 6 year old kid for wearing a Jaguars shirt to a game, etc... There is no way I would bring my child to a Bills game. It's sad when I have to tell people that the most unfriendly atmosphere I have been to is my own team's.

Mike Shanahan simply brought in over-priced veterans into Washington, made his son the OC, and has been involved in a much too publicized exchange with Albert Haynesworth. All that to say, I'm glad we didn't bring him to the B-LO. His veterans won't last the year healthy- see Larry Johnson, nepotism will kill him if the offense doesn't click- never hire someone you can't fire, and the Haynesworth drama has already made Shanahan look like a poor leader. All that being said, I'm glad we hired Gailey.

I'll admit I'm biased against Big Ben. Someone I know is good friends with the girl that was raped by Big Ben. They decided not to go to court due to the extreme publicity that the case would bring. I'm fairly certain that Big Ben did it; however, it never went to trial.

Just heard that Big Ben will probably only miss 4 games this year. HUH? Compare Mike Vick's suspension to Ben R's suspension. When you do the comparison something doesn't add up. Big Ben should have been suspended from the league for at least a year, or maybe more. There is no excuse for rape or killing dogs. Both men should be out of the league. Your thoughts?

I know it's only a preseason game, but our starters hung in there with the starters from the defending AFC champion Colts. After the game, I realized what I had just witnessed - the beginning of something special. We have a good team this year! Enjoy the ride fellow fans. It's going to be a fun year.

We need a QB that can run. Too bad Fred Jackson hurt his hand. I wanted to see him run the WILDCAT formation every play of the game. I still remember the touchdown he threw to Evans last season against Tennessee. We need a running QB that can get the heck out of dodge everytime the OL lets them through.

I still have a soft spot in my heart for Tory Woodbury, our practice squad QB from a few years back. That guy had potential and never got the opportunity to shine in the B-LO. Anyone know what he's doing now? I was hoping he'd catch on in the Candadian Football League.

There is plenty of Edwards bashing that goes on daily on this board. However, I go back to Bill Walsh. Walsh drafted some of the greatest players this league has ever known and he endorsed our very own Trent Edwards. In the end, I feel Bill Walsh will be right once again. Go Edwards and Go BILLS!

I keep wondering if this is the last year of Bills football. Our owner could go at any minute, there will be a lockout in 2011, the lease situation regarding our stadium is still hazy, etc... Please convince me that this isn't the last year of Bills football.
