The right wing media didn’t make them commit those crimes. It’s interesting that out of the three people in this riot whose criminal history we’ve been made aware , that all three are felons. Is it not? Maybe it’s shocking to you that the mob of idiots that you side with is populated by the worst examples of our society, but it’s not surprising to me. I don’t trust elected officials that make charging decisions based upon their own personal interests in power, and which way the wind is blowing on a particular day. and, no, videos aren’t end all be all. But they are a lot. I stated that I’m open to new evidence that could be presented that shows the kid as the aggressor and not acting in self defense. As of yet, none has been furnished.

I’ve watched the videos. I watched him get antagonized by the sex offender in the parking lot... where mr sex offender boldly proclaimed “shoot me first *****”. I also watched where mr sex offender chased him, threw unknown objects at him, and then tried to take his rifle. Mr sex offender took one to the head. Mr. Skateboard Hero, and the aforementioned Mr Spaghetti For a Right Arm, along with several other pieces of human trash, chase him down. He trips. Someone gives a flying kick to his head, Skateboard Hero hits him across the head with his skateboard, and then takes a .223 to the chest. Spaghetti paramedic approaches with his gun in hand and promptly takes a .223 to the inside of his elbow, turning his arm into pasta. What facts am I missing? Absent other facts, justified. Justified. Justified. I’m open to there being other facts. RIP to Mr Sex Offender. RIP Mr Skateboard Hero. RIP to decent handwriting for Mr Spaghetti. There are some mistakes you only make once in life. Here, we’ve learned about a few of those.

Ive seen nothing in any of the multitude of videos of the incident that shows him threatening or antagonizing anyone. The videos show him being antagonized and attacked. Yes, I trust the cops. I don’t trust the politicians in the DAs office.

In that scenario you say you are threatening people with a gun. Where is the evidence that he was threatening people with his gun? If that evidence exists, I agree it is a different ballgame.

It certainly wasn’t “murder one”. He was being chased by people with guns, hitting him over the head with skateboards, and trying to take his rifle.

I’m going by process of elimination, because it obviously wasn’t based on probable cause.

The tragedy being that the kid that shot and killed 2 felons that were attempting to kill him was arrested? Tragic. I agree!

I was just chatting with a bunch of friends about how incredible he actually was. Whether or not his intent was to destroy that guys right arm and immediately end that threat, or whether it was just luck...the fact that he immediately recognized that that threat was now neutralized and fired no additional shots - all under extreme pressure- was truly extraordinary.

It tends to ignore the objective statistical facts that violent crime had decreased in this country severely over the last 2 and a half decades. This country was getting better, not worse. I would have had a tiny bit of respect if they actually went through with it...standing up for something (even if its bull####), is a skosh better than just acting like you believe in it.
