The US is looking vulnerable because we currently are running two wars and one of them isnt making much progress, along with the financial crisis we do look very vulnerable. No matter who is elected they will be tested don't drink the koolaid that mcCain scares them off and Obama makes them cheer. we are strapped and our ability to respond to any sort of attack may require very difficult decisions.

Plus just like all the other washington folks I am sure he has a few working his gardens etc. We have illegals here because we allow it. Who else is going to nanny the children work the gardens, mow the lawns, paint the houses........

Washington is all about same ship different party and that has becoming more blurred each day. It seems to only differences we have are from the extremist on each side that want govt to run your lives. The right wants govt out of providing programs etc but wants govt to get involved in womans health, prayer in school, school choice etc. The left wants to govt out of the things above but wants govt controls over other stuff. Both parties as they exist are for govt intervention in your life just different aspects that they intervene in.

My one grandmother died when we were little so only my parents went. My other grandmother died in feb one year and the weather was so bad I couldnt drive up to WNY for the funeral, plus I had pneumonia at the time. Grandparents are special they and Uncles let ya get away with stuff your parents might not have like staying up after 9PM.

I dont see how the supreme court changes if Obama wins. The older justices and those thinking of retirement are Breyer, Ginsburg and Stevens it just means that the right wingers wont get more control. Everyone clamours about balance in congress and presidency but balance in the supreme court seems like a bad idea. So you make over 250K and dont believe the propaganda on nationalizing healthcare, the drug compaines lobbyists work both sides of the aisle.
