This. I mean I always get nervous but like others have said this year is just different. With all the activity this offseason, the optimism, the hype it would be so devastating to have another clunker of a season. Hell if we finish with a winning record and are still playing for a playoff spot with a week or 2 left I'll probably be ok with it if we are seeing progress that can be built on. I really just want to have some fun this season and still be relavent in mid December. I want playoffs bad but I guess I just have that "set low expectations" mentality that comes with being a Bills fan. Having said that, by the second quarter Sunday I'll be convinced were either going to win the Super Bowl or finish 3-13. Go Bills!

Wait are you saying that perhaps this seemingly bulletproof analysis may be flawed?...I've lost a lot of brain cells since undergrad but I'm pretty sure when making an argument based on statistics, you might not have a real strong case if you "throw out" 2 of the 5 in your sample size because they don't support the original claim.
