I just found out about a little bug in the game that can get you more cash and squidport tiles from people visiting your town. If you don't tap your squidport tile, news station icon, or farm icon, people can keep tapping them with each visit and the results stack for you. So if three of you visited my town and all tapped on my squidport tile, when I log in, I will see three handshake icons there. If I tap on each one, I get three tiles instead of just one. The same thing happens with the news station and the farm. You can get extra money there. And for the person who taps the tile, it looks like they get a much larger amount of EXP. I will gladly click on anyone's squidport tile, farm, or news station if they want to get extra money or tiles.

I just got the last of the Christmas buildings right now. It took me up until the 92,000 card mark to finally get lucky enough.

I would just go with someone you like. Do you have the sounds on when you play sometimes? If you do I'd lean towards someone who does have a voice. I'm sure someone here could tell you whether or not someone does have a voice. One other thing I personally would lean towards is a character who also comes with a building.

You'll get too much crap like fences and orange trees. The odds are too low for anything decent. You're better off just buying a character, that's your only guarantee.

Don't spend your donuts on Buddhas or mystery boxes!

Enjoy your positive days everyone. I've been sitting around my in-laws while my father-in-law is in hospice care for the last three days. It really makes me appreciate those good moments that much more.

I'm still going for the other building, but don't have too much interest in it. I've got other crap to deal with in life right now and turn on the game for only maybe two minutes each day. I do wonder what they'll give us tomorrow though. I noticed the small update to the game today

I don't even come close to the buildings. That and the volcano lights are the only prizes on my wheel right now. I assume I'll get them last second. Of course, I don't have the volcano so that is pointless.

All of those quests where you could send the whole town to do something were great. That paired with a friend list around 100 people, I was getting close to 5000 cards a day. That last one with homer and Lisa hiding was great. You just leave them in the tree house and rack up the gift cards. I've been getting better luck on the wheel as of late. In the last three days I got mr plow, the plow king and the snow monster.

Nope, they didn't give me the promotion. Instead I got a "$2500 special achievement award". I'm sure they made this thing up right on the spot to temporarily keep my happy, but I guess I'll call it a Christmas bonus. Maybe once the annual reviews come up in June they can reject this promotion for the 3rd time.

I was given a cryptic "there might be some good news coming your way" comment today. Hopefully...

I'm at that point now. I got 5 spin coins yesterday. One got me a Grampa snowman and the rest got me money. I'm pretty sure the game is taunting me at this point. Every single spin, it either stops on the clicker thing right before the snow monster or it just sneaks past the clicker into the money space.

I'm sick of getting money on every single spin of the wheel. Right now there are only 3 money spaces on my wheel, yet they come up every single time.

I was going to buy a ticket until I saw these numbers. There's no way I can live off of that "jackpot".

The Reno 911 guys writing it catches my eye a bit. I bet they could do something decent, but it is still a horrible horrible idea.

I'm enjoying this update so far. You earn the giftcards pretty quickly it seems. I'm going to get the 4th item when I turn it on later today. So far the bonus wheel is a bit annoying though. I've had two spins and both times I got $1000. It's annoying having to wait a full day, only to get a meaningless prize like that. I assume the money was in place of an old prize that I already have, like Christmas lights for a house or something. Oh, and I can't wait to get the community prize that gives you that old guy who had a stroke. I love that guy. I'll say "yes" like he does when I'm on the phone with my brother.

What's a bonus? I may get a promotion that comes with a 10% raise this month though. If that actually comes through, I'll consider it a bonus this year.

I'm as big of a fan of Christmas as you'll find, but there's some crazy stuff out there that really annoys me. Whether it is the random inflatables or ugly lights, I'm curious about what kind of decorations annoy everyone. Here are two for me: 1. People who have those car flag antlers on their cars and a giant red ball on the front grill, turning it into Rudolph. I can't stand these things. They are beyond stupid. 2. This one is very specific. The guy on the corner of my street has way too many lights in a small space. There is one thing specifically that drives me crazy. He has a statue of the Virgin Mary in his yard year round. At Christmas time, he surrounds it with a string of these incredibly stupid pig lights. Each light is a pink pig wearing scarves and gloves. So he's religious enough to have a Mary statue, but then he surrounds it with pig lights. It makes absolutely no sense to me.

This one might as well be guaranteed. Tyrese is currently with the two girls that Carol was supposed to take care of. They're definitely crossing paths very soon.

The point is that those people are blinding following "Brian" because they believe their life is at risk. Once they followed him to the prison, they were going to do whatever he lead them into. Slicing Hershel directly caused the gunfire and from that point on, it was either kill or be killed for them.

But only one person was around for any of those attacks. The rest of the Governors people know absolutely nothing about these people. There's also a bunch of new people inside the prison, so who knows how many supplies they may have added since the last encounter.

What if the prison crew have a stash of explosives? The Governors people have no way of knowing that. Once the fight started, they needed to take out people as fast as possible.
