  1. Happiness is the gap between expectations and reality. The Bills are not winning the SB. The Bills will get stomped by a hot Carolina team. Now I cannot be unhappy.😃
  2. Son of a B word better not have kids. He'll be completely useless. 😃
  3. Jaundice actually. Liver failure.😀
  4. Games today largely suck.
  5. Daniel Jones looks reborn. Have not watched the Colts, but they look really good. Or the Chargers are frauds with all their injuries.
  6. Good for you. It's not comforting at all, it is an inconvenient truth.
  7. Neither can the Ravens, who folks say has an awesome front office. In fact, KC has essentially blocked everyone.
  8. You are correct, it isn't. They need to improve, and the offense needs to get its Mojo back if this team is to do anything.
  9. And I never said they will hold teams to 24 and 23 points a game. It was not a prediction. My point is that they did hold the other two teams to 23 and 24 the last two games and that should be good enough to win with a top flight offense. Maybe, but I think it is more just being human beings-- we have off days. That's why teams lose games they should not lose and even the very best baseball teams lose over 60 games a year. And only the 1972 Dolphins went undefeated in the NFL.
  10. Being real and being a defeatist are not the same thing. I love the I'm just being real crap.
  11. According to AI, teams overall win 74% of their games when holding an opponent to under 24 points. Given the Bills superior scoring ability over the average team, that number would be substantially higher.
  12. Given their total pay, you could not field the rest of the offense!! 😀
  13. No one is blaming Josh. He had a poor game, it is not an indictment it is just a fact. Could others have done better.. sure.
  14. OK.. but our O averaged 30 points per game last year. What is the percentage in the last 20 years?
  15. Right. As bad as the D looks-- and it looks bad-- giving up 23 and 24 points when the offense turns the ball over five times is not awful. If our O is up to snuff, we should win 19/20 games when holding the other team to 24 or less.
  16. Definitely. The defense has been poor. Maybe with new guys arriving from suspension and some better health, the defense will improve. The formula here is to have an "A" offense and a "B/B-" defense. A D- defense, like we have seen so far, will not cut it. But I hold out hope that by December, it will be better. Monday, we had a D- defense and D offense, which won't win many games.
  17. No one is apologizing for McDermott, he's hardly perfect either. The roster is hardly perfect too. But neither is Josh. He played poorly Monday.
  18. That does not make walking around sense. The Bills in the second half had three or four drive starts with the score 21-14. Are you saying Josh did not know a TD ties the game? No day after QBing needed.
  19. Most revealing. Guy was the favorite for MVP until this week and is now a close number 2. I guess you see things differently than others. I'm sure you will be overjoyed if Allen sucks next week and the Bills lose so you can say you were right. Sad.
  20. But it was not a shootout. Offense had the ball several times when the score was 21-14. A TD and the game is tied. In all those situations, the O did jack. Getting 25 points is not winning a shootout. 14 points and you usually lose. Pretty simple.
  21. You will not convince certain people. The narrative is that others failed to be open etc., or, if Josh played poorly, it is because his mind is addled by the horrible team around him. But no matter, he had a bad game, and he has had bad games before. It does not mean he will continue to play poorly, wants to move to San Franciso, or is complacent because he has a wife. It's just one fuc*ing game!
  22. So now Josh is a quitter. I don't think so. He's too competitive to do the BS you spew.
  23. Wow, that's a lot of projection and speculation you got there.
