  1. When you're insulting someone for not being as smart as you, it usually is a good idea to use proper English.
  2. It means whatever you'd like it to mean. The worst phrase is easily "it is what it is"
  3. holy thread resurrection batman
  4. Nono, you've got the wrong team. They're the Toronto/Buffalo Bills, not the Mexico/Buffalo Bills. *ducks the incoming storm from saying Toronto/Buffalo Bills*
  5. u dun count, bag of beer, no one believes you.
  6. I was all ready to post the answer, I scroll down, and quick-triggered Lori already posted it. I wanted to feel smart about football for once!
  7. Me too. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
  8. Flash developer? You do realize this means you work in IT, and thus have a mental disease.
  9. Nope, but it causes us all mental issues.
  10. I'd suggest switching to channel 38. :-)
  11. Quite the picture, no?
  12. lol, there's a follow-up story to the "Black Hole" nonsense: John would have preferred "Sinkhole"
  13. Hmm, yeah, I suppose my position on it was under the assumption that the article was correct and that world leaders would take offense to their issue being poked fun at. Wouldn't be a good idea to do it if they were, though, for future diplomatic reasons with the US - although I also suppose that at this point, Bush gives even less of a flying !@#$ than before, being a lame-duck. I do agree that if the other leaders were offended by it, they should lighten up.
  14. I thought China had surpassed us already. EDIT: Must be dependent upon what you are measuring
  15. The US isn't even the world's biggest polluter, lol. Seriously though, joking about something taken as seriously as that by other countries is giving them a big "FU". Not surprising, but definitely lacking tact.
  16. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/...olluter%27.html And again, :
  17. You're god damned retarted.
  18. Now that I've played your distractions game, and allowed you to attempt to thoroughly attack me instead of focusing on the real issues (catch the irony?), how about explaining in a logical fashion why voting for a 3rd party is not the first step to shaking up the two major parties.
  19. Did a few things (demographics targeting, direct-mail advertising, some software scripting) Both, actually, but the 'larger' race was on the Republican side.
  20. Here's the real attack I was expecting, from the very person whining about people not knowing him. Guess what? You - again - don't have a clue. I've worked on plenty of campaigns, have a poly sci degree, and worked on projects developing campaign strategies with paid strategists from presidential campaigns.
  21. I was at least expecting an attack on me for something like: 'not having a political background'. Instead, we get this gem, where pBills has single-handedly managed to judge anyone who works in IT after spending the first half of this thread complaining and whining about being judged.
  22. The fact that I work in IT is irrelevant to the thread.
