  1. Or will he be the next great coach we missed out on?
  2. You should not forget that Flutie drove the Bills down to the one yard line with no time left. But more importanlty, on the first play of the game, Flutie threw a bomb to Moulds for an easy 80 yard touchdown, and Moulds hotdogged it and fumbled the ball. That sure TD would have won the game for the Bills. Pinning that loss on Flutie is laughable.
  3. This is not that high up the list of horrible losses. We lost to New England as predicted. If McKelvin took a knee, we would have gone three and out, and the Pats would have won anyway. The Dallas Monday nighter was much worse. At the end of the day, we saw our offense score two touchdowns, and our offensive line hold up for the most part. We lost to the Pats, what's new?
  4. Maybe if his protege, JP, was running it he would like it
  5. knowing that you are horrible in the red zone, why not try a fourth down play? Better to get the sure thing in a pre-season game?
  6. I wish he would get fired that early. But if Ralph pulls the trigger, who would take over? It would have to be someone in house, and would it really be any better?
  7. Zero first string offensive touchdowns in four games. Use the preseason excuse all you want. They are picking up where they left off.
  8. I notice that you critique a lot of your fellow fan's writing abilities. Can you spot the missing apostrophe from the post, below? It is yours from August 20. Good luck. So let me understand, an ER does not count as "access to health care"? What exactly do they get at the ER, ice cream? And what about the people that simply choose not to spend their money on health insurance? And how about other types of insurance? I bet there are 40 millions people who don't have homeowners/renters insurance either. What should we be doing about that?
  9. By the way, "btw" is not a word. Oh, were you not paying careful attention to your grammar because you were writing on an internet message board? Imagine that.
  10. After yet another horrific offensive display, does anyone actually think TE will make it through the season, let alone start in 2010?
  11. I agree. I am sick of OBD asking players to honor their contracts.
  12. I believe it was game one last season. JP under center. Under 2 min left and a third and short. ML was running well. Instead of a run and a punt to pin the broncos deep, it was an unecessary pass deep to Evans and it was picked off an the broncos kicked a game winner with no time left. DICK doesn't learn from his mistakes.
  13. If the Bills leave Buffalo, I can finally break ties with this horribly disappointing team. No heart. No nothing. Even when everything falls their way, they fail to win, against the leagues laughingstock from last year. There is only one place in the world where it is worse to be: Detroit. Oddly, the home of Ralph. Luckily the Bills are not playing the Lions this year, or the World would know how bad the Bills really are. Good riddance.
  14. The Moulds fumble was seven points off the board, that's different from the interceptions. Flutie won't go away because the bills continue to suck, not because Flutie sucked. I want him to be ancient history as much as you. I am waiting for someone to take him out of the conversation, yet here we are again. As for the Music City BS, my only feeling on that is that Flutie deserved to start the game based on the regular season record. If he choked, then pull him, but he earned the start.
  15. I guess those seven points would not have counted? The sad thing is we are still talking about Flutie because nothing exciting has happened here since he left. One disappointing season after another. I would love to drop the Flutie thing, but there is still no other playoff games to speak about.
  16. The article I read disputes what Clayton says about Philly wanting to resign him. I would post the link, but my overpriced phone can not cut and paste. I found it on something called Philly scout or something simlar via google search for William James NFL. Hopefully he will stay healthy.
  17. Philly paper says he was a bum in two years with the Eagles.
  18. I wouldn't go that far. My point was that the sack to end the game was not the play that lost the game. So much Flutie bashing still alive and well here, maybe if we make the playoffs without him we can move on.
  19. You can't blame Flutie for the Miami '99 loss. Moulds fumbled a sure touchdown bomb from Flutie on the first play of the game.
  20. He had is moments (mostly against the Jets) when he looked like a dominant back. He probably could have played that way all the time, but he was too busy thinking about his stature in the league and had no time to learn the play book, work on his blocking, and give 100% every game. He showed up about half the time, and has no idea how to get a fourth and 1 ("I thought it was third down") and has no idea where the endzone is. Good riddance.
  21. He is a joke. Like the rest of the league wasn't already aware that Mcgahee's days in Buffalo were numbered. Anyone who pays any attention whatsoever could figure that out.
  22. you think td should have stayed because he was well respected? Who cares, he didn't win.
  23. All last off season the Bills said they supported Bledsoe and were looking for some improvement. He played much better this year, with new offense, team mates and coaching staff. They did not really give him a fair shake. Releasing him is a huge mistake.
