I love the descriptive text they have for all the design features:
”The single yellow thread down the inseam of the pants is a nod to the opponents pissing themselves when the Broncos take the field.”

The NFL has eaten itself to death. It's grown to become an insatiable pig.
The Bills, in Buffalo, is the only reason I watch any of it anymore. I typically don't even watch the Super Bowls anymore.
To each his own, but I have difficulty with anything that has become entirely about money to the extent that integrity is compromised.
Maybe if you are around long enough, it will all circle back to the way it used to be. For example, clothing styles and vinyl records! -
I would just rear back and fire a bomb, which would be about 15 yards at the most, followed by a dislocated shoulder.

The poster I responded to talked about “easing”. What exactly is he “easing” if not the burden of responsibility?
As in “easing off the gas” or “coasting” into retirement. It’s basically planning ahead and transitioning toward retirement. Having a co-owner puts Pegula in much better position to divest of the Bills if need be some day.- 2

If he still has controlling interest, selling 25% of the team doesn’t “ease” his burden at all.
You are the only one mentioning a “burden”, but I can see where he is being strategic in setting up an ownership partner that can one day buy Pegula out completely. That would definitely be some immediate peace of mind if it were me.- 1

….my hypothesis is that this 25% number is actually a bit higher, and that the Bills are using corporate buys to bump that number (with the goal of creating scarcity). We have seen in other stadiums (Jets and Atlanta for example), that the teams have had to lower prices to sell all of the PSL's.
I also have an hypothesis: @Einstein is the guy that bathed in the portapotty and fell into the pit. He now has a vendetta against the new stadium and the Bills.

initial cost estimate of new stadium $1.4 Billion
current cost estimate of new stadium $1.7 Billion
likely final cost estimate of new stadium $2.0 Billion
NY State Contribution $600 million (not part of "construction costs" is an additional $280 million for maintenance over 30 years)
NFL & Bills Contribution $550 million (Pegula's portion is $350 million)
Erie County Contribution $250 million
SUB TOTAL Contribution $1.4 Billion
Pegulas are responsible for any and all cost over runs....currently at $300 million and rising.
Projected to raise $200 million in PSL's
so, if you factor in cost over runs....i say he will pay $750 million or +35% of his own money
Doesn’t the team have to pay back the NFL loan - comes out of gate receipts or something like that?

and not have to pay for the new stadium
There’s also the growing number of guaranteed contracts that require all the funds to be put into escrow. That, plus all the cash outlays for regular operations probably presents some cash flow challenges. Even though the team is worth a ton on paper, that’s not ready cash needed to accommodate everything going on.- 2

Of all the explanations here, I think the most plausible is Terry’s OnlyFans addiction.

I like Murray. Seems like a real good dude. And if he wants to keep playing I wish him nothing but health and the best of luck finding a team. Just hope it's not here.
Don't get me wrong, guy has had a lot of production. Wish we grabbed him 3-4 years before we did. But man the tread really looked off the tires past midpoint last year.
Yeah, there were plays to be made last year that he couldn’t make, or didn’t get enough out of them. I think he feels the physical treatments he did this offseason can get him another year.
He has had quite a good career and has interesting stories about the coaches he’s had and players he has teamed with.

If you go to Panama or other countries like that, you can get a entirely different level of stem cell therapy and treatment. The US is cautious and the FDA has not approved all components of treatment like you can in a country with little regulation. From what is reported by people that have had both it is night and day down there over how you feel when it is done in the US. Joe Rogan talked about it in a podcast. Same with Mel Gibson, of all people. Doctors that live in Miami have offices and clinics in Panama and fly down there to do the treatments.
He got treated in Medellin, Columbia. He said he had to avoid rigorous physical activity for a while but can fully work out now. -
Really interesting article but lacks details about the therapy. Tay is a good man and I hope he finds a team this year if it’s not the Bills.

So basically Beane won't confirm or deny what he's going to do, because he's not braindead, but he'll explain exactly how he feels about potentially doing the things people think he might do.
And the best example of this is marriage. I didn’t feel great about it, but I did it.
Should have waited for next year’s selection.

We need Key and Peele to give us the correct pronunciation.
Watch, his parents will be like “We wanted to name him Donald, but that’s too common.
So we decided on “A Donny” or Adonai” -
