  1. Umm...with Ken Lucas as a CB? on the road? with Drew being the assdrew that he is? No he will screw it up. Im hoping for Losman at the start of the 3rd. Drew will probably go for 1 int, no TD's, and 4, 3 and outs by the half. But we will stick with him because, hey, theres still a .0000000001% chance that we make the playoffs. And hey, he DOES give us the best chance to win...NOT! When will we wake up, cut our losses, and get going with our future! If Losman isnt going to play all I would THEN want is a 100+ game with a long TD by McGahee, and a 100+ yard game for Evans with 2 TD's. Im a simple guy with simple needs!
  2. We trade Henry and we will be looking for a backup RB. Would you take a shot at Clarett in the 4th or later? I say hell ya.
  3. I like to see the debate. Really there is none. Drew will get NO better than we have seen this year. If anything, his skills will continue to decline. Many of you agrue that its all the o-line. I agree, in part, that TD should have paid the cap cash to build a stud line, but assuming Drew would be better behind...say, Indy's line is pretty insane. McGahee has ran for several 100+ games. Drew has reduced to 1 or no sacks per game, and guess what Drew still struggles to find open guys! Even with the better o-line play Drew still has basically sucked. We know what we have in Drew, we know his skills are headed south, we know he wont take us to the playoffs. We know we just drafted a 1st round QB, we know he can scramble and force Defenses to lay off the rush. we know he has the arm strength, he just needs to show he can make good decisions. That probably comes from experience! The logic is all there. The writing is on the wall. Starting Drew is like starting Todd Collins on this team, when you have an unknown like Big Ben on the bench!
  4. Why do I feel like the ONE kid that didnt get a valentines day card? But...guys....I brought the kickball!
  5. Were terrible statistically. We are 4th from the bottom on offense. You want to say it isnt all Bledsoes fault, go for it. I would agree, but he IS a HUGE part of why we stink. I cant to watch Losman make Abraham, Taylor, and McGinest look like fools with his legs. You dont think that will soften a pass rush? adding a QB running threat? Then you dont know football. Bledsoe has been off the mark on his throws all year. I cant wait to watch someone who has a strong arm AND accuracy! He has been better about avoiding sacks, but really the o-line should get most of that credit. He continues to throw too many int's and be pathetic in the red-zone. Sorry, the stats dont lie. Bledsoe is done. When we have a 1st round QB here, a team thats one game away from playoff elimination, and an offense that statistically stinks this bad, say bye bye to Bledsoe! They will stick with Drew until the 7th loss to save him face, and to try to sell to everyone that they never quit, but once that 7th loss comes its over for Drews time here.
  6. What are you smoking? Have you been tokin on that premium stadium wall again? Stevestojan stays, maybe we can coin a new one for you.
  7. Ya know that saying about not kicking a dead horse? Well, I sat there, looking at the dead horse that me and others like ICE have been kicking. Ya know that one with the "start Losman" sign on his saddle? So, Im standing over the dead horse. Staring at it, staring. and............HELL YA I KICKED THE MOTHA FUC_ER! I got it out of my system now. Something about a FULL decade of painfull dissappointments now, and a QB on life support who just wont die and turn the reigns over. It felt good to blast that dead a_s some B word in the ribs! I can move on now, and bring a level head to the situation. Ohh BTW, we still would be stupid not to start JP as soon as we get that 7th loss. Go DREW! well sorta!
  8. Ghee, your right, if only we had started AVP, picked up Jeff Blake, or Trent Dilfer, we would be...hell...at LEAST 2 and 8 at this point! I will agree that Losman should be getting serious reps with the 1st team O at this point in practice before he starts. Guess what, hes still stuck behind some has-been who NEEDS that snaps to even have a chance to win. Its all too bad at this point. but I dont see Drew doing much of jack squat for us the rest of this year or any of next. JP is our future, we may suffer through some painfull games but he has upside that has long since set on Drews time in the sun. I have listened to your point about him being hurt by playing time, I just dont see it. Vic would probably have also said the same thing before Big Ben's first start, GUARANTEED! I respect Vic but he will always be conservative so as not to lose his credentials. He wont risk loosing his good name by taking any risk on anyone. The Bills and JP have nothing to lose and a SB win that much earlier to gain!
  9. I again am admitting that I was wrong for saying we shouldnt get big Sam. As far as the problem with the offense, two words, Drew Bledsoe. Sorry folks, all of his big plays, yes even the long bomb to Aiken were NOT on target, even Aiken had to slow his route and turn around of the ball. Drew is quickly losing it, lets move on and start a guy that can beat you with his feet. The defense will respect it, it will further open up our ground AND passing games.
  10. He doesnt sit up their at press conferences after a big win and gloat. Williams gloated out the a_s. I believe in the phrase, when you win say little, when you lose say less. MM has a good attitude and so far has been pretty damn good as far as his comments to the media. Unlike many of our HC, he tells the complete truth, is willing to make big changes (mcGahee), and talks details. I have only seen a few mistakes as far as clock management and he defintely proved something as far as ability to overcome adversity goes. GW was terrible at adapting, learning, and making changes to get wins for us. As much as I hate Losman not starting when Im sure thats the right thing to do, I have to give Mularkey props for not giving up and continuing to believe. We may just have our SB coach fellas. This guy is growing on me. Del-Rio, Marv Lewis, John Fox, all have similar type of records. MUlarkey is sticking to his guns, simply side stepping stupid slams put his way, not making excuses, just side stepping and maintaining a positive tough minded attitude. Id like to see him show that he is a hard assed motivator a.l.a. Parcells, but how much is that working for the Tuna now anyways? I will even give props to Mularkey for obviously being on the ball and getting pissed whne there are subtle mistakes made on the field. Much better than the Levy or Williams "deer in the head lights look" that we used to get all the time. I watch Mularkey and unlike Williams he "gets" when we have subtle screw ups that cost us big plays. I watch him on the sidelines and he really is focused and concentrating on whats happening. Im telling ya, I cant blame Mularkey for not starting Losman while we still have some life left in us. If he would just officially make the permanent change to JP when we lose our 7th Ill be happy. Im starting to feel like Mularkey has got what we want. Lets get rid of some of the "cancers" on this team that are most likely to question him, and lets start building the NEW team with Mularkey top dog, Losman the leader on O and Spikes the leader on D. Gray is flat out a stud for keeping this D this good for this long. Maybe our putrid start this year really was because of New system, new coaches, and a team that hasnt yet become a team. If you believe that, are willing to can the 12th man for the Pats... Drew, andf we dont drop off with our recent flurry of high caliper play, Im onboard with this front office!
  11. OK, 5.4 versus 3.8. Lets remember though that SHauns been starting for a long time, McGahee will only get better. McGahee still doesnt have his full speed back yet either. If we FINALLY pay top dollar for the stud o-lineman this offseason. He will again only get better. Add in a QB who can scramble and demands defenses respect that and not constantly blitz, dman, he could be VERY VERY big!!!!
  12. yards after contact? I cant get those stats, were did ya go?
  13. I like it but to be more acurrate: Moulds for a late 1 Henry for a mid 2 Bledsoe for 2 smacks in the mouth and a kick in the ass BTW, 1st for Moulds, 2nd for Henry, our 2nd, all traded to get into the top 5 and land Mike Williams. Evans and Mike Williams running down the sidelines with Losman slinging his guns!!! SWEEEEEEET!
  14. McGahee has 610 yards in 5 starts, thats 122 per game. The league leading rusher, Shaun Alexander has 1055 in 9 starts, that 117 per game! Umm.....How much are we gonna love watching the thingy at the bottom of the screen during pregame scroll McGahee's name as a league leader in rushing all next year!!!! BTW, I bet he goes over 1000 yards this year!
  15. point taken, and your right, I would be here claiming JP had a great game. To be fair though I did admit that Drew had a great game. However, Watch the damn replay, 3 of the 3 TD's were thrown into coverage, and right at the defender. I would be here commenting that JP has to learn to throw away from the defender. Learning is something Drew will never do again. I dont want our QB of now when our season is basically in the tank, I want our QB ofthe future to get going and get growing with his new teammates. Evans/McGahee/Losman the next great trifecta baby!
  16. You should go up to RWS and give Drew an adjustment, cause your right, if he threw 5 yards to the right, the defenders would NEVER GET THE CHANCE TO GET AN INT.
  17. God bless, you and I finally agree! Evans is a few big games away from being the undisputed best WR on our team. I happen to be one the people who, well, has happened to noticed that Evans is our best threat before everyone else.
  18. Bleed-slow had 1, count it, 1, big play where he threw the ball on target and away from defenders. That was the long bomb to Aiken on the flea flicker. ALL the TD's to Campbell, and the bomb to evans were thrown at the defender. It could easily have been 4 picks if the defenders had turned around. Even the announcers remarked that Drew was simply throwing it up and hoping that the receiver makes the play. Well, luck happened to be on our side today. Unless of course you see that this team isnt going to the dance behind Bleed-slow. Then, you simply cant get around wanting to make a fresh start with someone who may actually be the guy to get us a ring. As exciting and nice as it was to see a BIG Bills game, I am unfortunately left wondering why it took until the 10th game of the season to do it. I also know that the chances of us winning out or even losing only 1 of our last 6 are slim and none. Even if we get into the playoffs, I cant believe that Drew is our guy for next year. He has proven for way too long that he just doesnt have it anymore. We also cant forget that we are in the AFC East and that the Pats reside in this conference. Drew is basically OWNED by the Pats and represents no real chance for a win against them. The math is all there, the logic tells the story, and the story goes that Drew fades away as another QB for the Bills that didnt earn us a ring. Its over on his time here as our starter. When you come to that conclusion you will start to wonder who our new QB will be. And then you will want our new QB to get going and start to play as soon as possible. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the win, but came away still wanting our redemption for 4 SB losses inthe form of a SB win. And I am convinced that the guy to take us there isnt starting for us yet! Anyone who has suffered through the pain and misery for a decade now must be chomping at the bit to get going and get to the damn superbowl. So, enjoy the win, watch the replays of a team that DOMINATED another over and over. But put no faith inthis lasting long enough for our SB win. Put no faith in the QB who has stunk up the joint too many times, and whos cap figure, and now talent, are becoming just plain putrid. Hang in there with me, but dont knock the anxiousness about wanting our new QB to play as soon as possible. Because that presents new hope, and maybe even a real chance to get that win for the hard working blue-collar fans from a little city called Buffalo.
  19. stick to the unregistered board over at Barney.com with the other 3rd graders.
  20. why am I picturing Pedro beating the snot out of Ralph Wilson?
  21. Im sorry but you simply must have been watching another team for the last decade. Bills fans know this guy called, first name Murphy, last name Law. Hey, your a good fan, you apparently havent been permanently scarred yet bythis team, so yeah keep dreaming. Me, Ill stick with the chances the fat lady has already blown out her throat for this team several years ago. She is willing to get a larynx transplant when our future yet again begins under JP.
  22. The only "fire" that would have been better would be Losman blasting Evans in teh huddle! But instead we continue to suffer through ho-hum Montana boy, who would rather lube up his hands with vasoline and watch a river runs through it over and over and over and over. Things just move a little slower up there in Montana. The say people just dont get too worked up over much of anything!
  23. OK, I have not seen a absolute DOMINATION by the Bills in years! We didnt just beat the Rams we decapitated them! Bobby April deserves a personal service to you know what from every single one here who has bitched about the special teams for years now! Get in your cars, put on your lip-balm, and get up to RWS and get it done! Bledslow- despite throwing a typical "over the hill" INT, played STELLAR today. Evans- Im dumbfounded as to why he aint getting the ball a whole hell fo alot more! Samual Adams!!!- I sat here on this very board as formerlyrj and said that we should not sign Sam Adams. I am here today to admit what an KzooMike BOOB I was for making that statement!!! He is a STUD! Spikes- Many here argue Mouldsis our best player, I got news for you. Spikes is our best player HANDS FRIKKIN DOWN! Now for the complaints: We all no that this season is over for the Bills, we all know that Bledsoe is on the decline and that Losman will start next year. In true Bills, Murhpys law fashion, we manage to stay on life support and continue to push back Losmans first start which, for all intents and puropses, starts our future for the Bills. So, know with a 4 and 6 recored, we have to start our QB with a walker, yet a-frikkin-gain. Hell, just to put insult on injury, we may even beat Seattle...maybe we lose our 8th about 3 games before the seasons over. This makes NEXT season potential go from a playoff possibility to a growing year for Losman. Does anyone else see how this works against us? Once more, we were up 37 to 17 in the 3RD! not the 4TH yet we still stuck with Drew all the way till the end. Why, for the love of all that is good, would we continue to let our retirement home QB still play???? Why in the f_ck would we not give Losman the playing time that he so desperately needs? Great, Drew will continue to start until we finally shut-off life support by about week frikkin 14, and we FINALLY start our future for only a lowsy 2 frikkin games when we should have started him in week 10! I got a big fat gesture for the idiots who think the Bills are going to the playoffs, and to the brainless braintrust that would rather put off the painfull learning curves of a young QB. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  24. Look I will go along with a big Bills win even though I will personally chop off my left nut if they go to the playoffs. It aint happeneing we all know it. So, Losman's first start is yet another week away. But what I wont stand for is the frikkin defense keeping there carcasses on the field, eating up clock and then giving up a TD so that there is some extremely small possibility that the Rams could win which not only keep our O and Losman off the field but forces us to use our QN of the past still (Bledslow) and further kill any quality playing time for Losman.
