We are in screaming agreement. Losman will have an entire preseason to get going. The offseason can be spent on building an even better o-line, sign ing a stud TE, and maybe adding a few other positions. The offense will be familiar, Majority of the players will be the same. This is the right time to pull the trigger and move to JP. Another year with JP or other FA QB at the helm most likely ends up as another non-playoff season and does NOTHING to cement our future as a team that will compete EVERY year! We need these 3 young studs to play together as soon as possible. Losman/Evans?McGahee could just be the next Manning/Harrison/James! Lets get it started and start JP!

OK. Lets start with only needing to get a 79 paasers rating to be as good as Drew. If he ONLY does that and runs for a few 1st downs instead of being sacked I think we win one more game, go 10 and 6 and are in the playoffs WITHOUT help!

OK, this season was his season for holding the clipboard...next year he starts, problem solved! Thank god that TD traded for our QB of the future THIS year rather than drafting him next! We at least have another option right now!

Just exactly how crazy is it to think that Roth goes to the superbowl in his ROOKIE YEAR? Losman will be in his second year! I agree its not likely that Losman takes us to the dance but it, of course, is a possibility. The problem is Drew now has PROVEN that he wont do it either? So whats your 1 year plan to put us in there? Warner? Please!!! You name 1 single QB that can b e had for the same money as Drew that we could get that would do it. Without a REAL viable shot at the SB, our best move is to play our future QB and start to head in th eright direction again. Remember Losman can only get better, Drew had everything he needed, didnt do it, and will only get worse!

Before Big Ben, Culpepper, or Leftwich played would you have stated that they were ready? I think not! It sounds like your suffering from a conservative approach to "grooming" a young QB. Aikman said today that the only way he can think of for a young QB to learn is to play! I still havent heard any real plausible thing that Losman can learn from holding a clipboard. He just did that for a year, that game is now over!

Culpepper, Pennington, Roth all went to decent teams. Favre sucked until he had a good team around him. Ramsey is very good IMO but has a squad that didnt back him. Carr is a stud on the Bills and will be for the Texans as soon as they get a decent D. Leftwich has a decent squad and also could still be in the playoff mix.

I think it would be fun to play 2 player mode on Madden against the Bills and be say John Abraham on D. Then be Drew on O and sack him over and over and over. Then turn injury on.....Maybe a few power sticks.

In fairness to TD: Drew had gone to the superbowl behind an all world coach in Parcells a great D and a good supporting cast. Why would TD think it would be different here? I think TD felt he was getting a SB quality QB and that he could and would win one if he improved the D and provided Drew with the supporting cast. He did all that and it wasnt until TODAY that any of us REALLY could see that it just wasnt going to work with Drew. I think whats important is what happens now. Will TD be the "impatient" GM that we hear he is and can Drew? Or will he continue to believe that we still need supporting cast members to get Drew to the SB? I dont see any way that our GM goes into this offseason, looks at the tapes, grades out Drew, and doesnt see what we all see...he is average at best. Then when he looks over his payroll he hits a 6mil cap fgure next to Drews name and does nothing about it? No way! Drew either takes a BIG cut and probably a demotion to the bench, retires, or hes outta here! My guess is that he reitres when TD tells him to take a cut!
