well not really... the refs are supposed to stop their onw clock only during long stops, like injuries. A moment before the end of the first half or the end of the game, a ref on the side of the field hold a sign telling the players and fans how many minutes they'll play after the regular time ends to cover that "stoppage" time. Sometimes it's one minute, sometimes it can be 4 or 5... At the end this is the main ref that decides when exactly the game is over.
Cool, i'm gonna have time to read those 7 "Sports Illustrated"waiting for me at my desk. Last night i've just finished the one with the Kentucky Derby preview!!! Just hope they'll wait for the end of the D Backs-Mets game we have on TV tonight...
What makes me sad is that i'll never know if that JD Drew for Hamels trade i made in my fantasy league yesterday was a good one...
Wacka do you speak arab and talk daily with irakian terrorists? If you stopped to consider Fox News as gospel maybe you'd understand a few things about this world around you!
Shiits who hate Al Qaida even more than you.
oh and by the way WE are fighting Al Qaida and his friends... we are currently sending more troops to Afghanistan ... but if you do not need our help just tell us...
Frightning... Does McVain actually think the US are fighting Al Qaida in Irak or is it just trying to manipulate an ignorant part of the american voters?
Those prices... Our new house here, 3 bedrooms, a little garden, about 1,100 square feet, something like a median american home, costed us about 385,000 US Dollars....
So true. His (with the great help of Kissinger and Pakistan's president Butho -father-) unlikely alliance with China in 1972 was probably the first step of the slow process that won the cold war.
In 1954 De Gaulle was not in charge of the country... he was not responsible for the Indochine fiasco at all... while he has had full responsability of the negociations to end the war in Algeria in 1962 and knew a little about the kind of dirty war the US were into in Vietnam... He was probably very capable to play the middle man between the Vietcong and the US....
seeing at what hour it took place and the fact he survived such a fall i wonder how many bottles he had before that jump!! (drunks being very relaxed muscularly usually survived falls, accidents that others won't)
