Would you say the same thing to Dick Jauron? The missed tackles are inexcusable as is the predictable conservative play calling. If the Bills lost yesterday everyone would be calling for Jauron's head.
BTW, where in my original post do I make any mention of injuries as the reason for the Bills win? It was a hard fought game but the Bills should have taken this one by at least 10 points.
You're not happy because we did not win by enough?
-
It's a crucial game because it's the next one on the schedule.

When I was leaving the stadium yesterday I had an old guy and his daughter start taunting me telling me to enjoy shoveling snow.....I live in Orlando so obviously this didn't apply to me.
The guy proceeded to tell me that my allegiance was all messed up because now that I lived in a Jaguars market I should automatically become a Jaguars fan and the fact that I no longer live in the Buffalo area means I have already betrayed my team.
His reasoning was as follows, "we moved from Denver to Jacksonville a year ago and you don't see us wearing Broncos gear anymore do you?"....
To which I had absolutely NO response.....so for all you Bills fans who live outside of the Tri State area - according to this Jags fans you have already alienated your team and have to switch...
HA!
That says it all.

You're right. I am so pissed that we are 2-0. We should have lost both games. No way we deserve to be undefeated.
Why can't people just enjoy things as they happen. Life is too damn short.
-
I wouldn't say awful, just not great yet.
-
Surgery hasn't been performed because he was placed on IR so damn quick. Now he has all the time in the world to get a 2nd opinion, which he's doing. What difference does it make when he gets it done now - he's on IR and can't play this year anyway.
Yes, he can. If he gets an injury settlement he would become a free agent.
-
I think what he meant was "the win itself means nothing". Which it does if we get in a tiebreak but I digress.
What's important is that we know how to close games, something we sucked at last year.
Either way it is a dumb statement.

Great game. It will be interesting to see how much our "stock" rises following this game. Either we will be the surprise team or the team that beat two "injury plagued teams" and the jury will still be out until we beat a healthy team. The AP is predicting the Jags will go 5-11 or something. Yea, OK, just because we beat them doesn't mean they are a bad team.
We were being talked up on the pre-game shows and also the post game. Being 2-0 will definitely bring attention, especially how they pull out a 4th Qtr win on the road.
-
No TO and and not sure how many penalties , but very few.
-
Have to force Jags to score a TD.
-
Scored too fast.
You mean we can decide when we want to score?
-
Very close. Call could go either way.
Really??
-
Peters giving up a sack to a ROOKIE!
Then POZ not filling the whole on the 4th and 1 PLUS the personal foul!!
Surprise onside? You learn that in rec.
ruining the season in 2nd game???
-
you think money may have something to do with it?
NO, It's NEVER about the money!
-
I said substitution. However they work it.
Got it.

Can't be as stupid as Keyshawn Johnson just saying "Matt Cassel comes in the game, and not much changes."
No one said these guys are smart.
-
Because he's 366# and it will be over 100 degrees on the field?
I could see taking off a series but rotation, I'd say no.
-
Yeah, leading tacklers aren't allowed to make a mistake. We are weaker withoutn him. IMHO, the Bills FO acted in an emotional are immature reaction to them being PO'd about this last mintue surprise. Both were wrong, but this is a business, let's act with a modicum of decorum. But please, a 1-4 week injury does not equate to IR. Not buying any of their BS of being shorthanded. God forbid one or 2 of our LB's go down midseason.
How do you know it is a 1-4 week injury? If it is , why hasn't the surgery been performed? You would think he would want it done quickly to get back playing. He is getting more opinions which lead me to believe it's more serious.
-
Perhaps they're worried about other structural damage, such as other parts of the roof falling down during the game? Maybe they wanted the players to take care of their homes and families instead of playing a football game?
Maybe he was joking....
-
If anything, I think we may see Walker being rotated with Chambers. A lot less disruption.
Not sure why Walker would need to be rotated out.
-
I don't think he can play for the Bills this year. He is on IR and done with the Bills. He can agree to an injury settlement when healthy and would then be released and free to sign with other teams.
My best guess.

Is it me, or is Edwards being summarily dismissed by the national media and "experts?" Lots of talk about the D, virtually no love for Trent.
That victory tomorrow is going to be even sweeter when Edwards continues to progress and has a better game than last week. How does 2 TDs, 1 int and about 275 sound to you all?
GO BILLS!
Eskimo
Why do we care what the media say? Just watch and enjoy.
-
You sure you're in the right place?
Well, the older I get........
-
It's as if they've fallen off the face of the earth. I guess it's good to recognize them for what they were/are.
I may be mistaken, but didn't you question why McCargo was not in uniform and that forced the Bills to play Stroud late in the game. Also that Hardy should have played more. If I am wrong, I apologize.

I think the main thing is forcing the other team to score a TD instead of a FG. Seems kickers now can hit from beyond 50 much easier.
